Because some of the things you're saying here go beyond free speech and cross the lines of libel.

I would be interested to see whether either of these gentlemen feels compelled to bestir himself and file suit. I'm sure the world would enjoy the discovery that would ensue and I also very much doubt it. I feel certain that what will happen is what has always happened; that they will neither comment nor retaliate, and will hope all this goes away.

there is nothing there that is libelous at any level, If there were I'm sure I would hear from them. Its written carefully.

I am no lawyer but I don't see how what you describe is any different from the way most multinational companies operate, they leverage their various offshore entities to pay as little tax as possible. Works well and does not appear to be illegal, at least in the USA.

It may be illegal in Germany, I have no idea.

background required for Fabian engineer of NATS, software used by adult webmasters to track affiliates, with lots of features.

Features of NATS aid what prosecutors accuse Fabian of . NATS allows to specify billers and making a customer never buy a membership in the same country….avoiding tax.

It works in the other direction… hiring cam operators in Germany paying them through an offshore company rather than paying in Germany, avoiding taxes and legal responsibilities Offshore, they can dictate terms , and ignore law.

Manwin doesn’t send checks ; they get wire transfers from banks outside the USA. Tney use this through all companies.

Manwin has got to be sweating… this shines light into the corners It's coming.

And if The FSC has sense they better be sure their books are clean because Manwin keeps them afloat.

Im reminded of a Melloncamp song….When The Walls Come Crumbling Down…

I haven't followed this for a long time but isn't this case about using improper tax jurisdiction to pay reduced taxes rather than complete tax avoidance like you state in your article ?

From my experience they aren't the first nor the last to use offshore and avoid taxes. Hope this is a wake up call for other large companies out there, that after Manwin - they may start saying, "what about other large adult companies?"

I don't know one way or the other about Manwin's alleged tax evasion and I am just here to goof on the whole situation but being "offshore" doesn't immediately mean "tax evasion" especially in companies that do biz all over the world. Offshore companies still pay tax when the money comes back into whatever country, but there may or may not be tax reduction strategies, which is just good business, not illegal. So not sure what you are saying about "what about other adult companies". I know several that are very legit tax paying companies that are model corporate "citizens" that use offshore entities very legitimately. :2 cents:
