We can handle criticism just fine. Its about who its coming from. For instance, criticism from Norway or Switzerland is something to be listened to. Russians giving advice on how a country should conduct itself is like RadioShack giving advice to Apple or Samsung about how to run a company.

USA started as the best country in the world. It took ideas from the philosophy of classical liberalism and created some amazing documents (Constitution) needed for a great state. Of course, every government has a very strong incentive to spread and destroy the liberties and that also happened with USA.

I can't undestand why people talk against USA when all countries are orbiting around it like planets around Sun.

Our recently elected president made a speech about her career and she mentioned glass ceiling. That sounded really retarded in our language and I doubt many people understood her. Term "glass ceiling" is known in USA politics for more than couple decades already.

So, if I want to know what politicians from my country will talk about in 2035, I should look at USA politicians today. :D

So can you guys just please, pretty-pretty-please, start saying 'Middle America' or 'Middle American'. I don't think that's a very difficult request and doing so would also make your arguments more accurate. It's a win-win.

Do you not see anything absurd about coming to the conclusion that i'm completely anti-american based on a single sentence? I'm not anti american, I have lots of friends and clients from there that I speak to regularly. I've been there numerous times, I have dual Canadian/Polish citizenship and lived in Vancouver for 20 years. One comment about (at least what i mean by it - what you interpretted, who knows...) not supporting the idea of the US sticking it's nose militarily into everything and I may as well have flown over and took a shit on George Washington's grave.
