Well this sucks.

My cat is only 3 years old but for the past few weeks and months she has been in pain and not eating much etc, and her behaviour has been very strange and quite aggressive at times.

After a few vet visits and pet hospital visit, it seems it's a problem with fluid of some sort at the area of the brain and it's only gonna get worse and seemingly won't be operated on. Not the news I hoped for. And the vet today basically said I will have a decision to make sooner rather than later. :(

That sucks.

Same kind of thing happened to my partner's cat, 5 years old, got sick and had to be put down in a matter of days, had been vaccinated and looked after well.

Sometimes there's just no explaining these things.

Cyber Fucker 07-11-2015 12:08 PM

Poor little thing. :(

JuicyBunny 07-11-2015 01:00 PM

Whats your cats name? I will visit a neko (cat) shrine and make something for him/her.

Most likely the explanation has name: toxoplasmosis.

It fucks cat's, human's, etc. brains in so many ways. For example causing "waterhead" for human babies. Sounds familiar regarding cats?

"Hydrocephalus (from Greek hydro-, meaning "water", and ceph, meaning "head") is a medical condition in which there is an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the brain."

I am an animal lover. Its always hard to go through this. If there is no solution the best you can do is make the last few days as awesome as possible.
