I used Filezilla in the past with decent results, but there's an exploit in their site manager. Unless they fixed that, I want to avoid them as well. Learned the hard way when all my sites got hijacked. Wasn't fun.

After going 10 rounds with my host, I finally figured it found it. Filezilla was saving site passwords in a plain text file, and it was being exploited.
