Make sure your wife is eating enough. The more muscle you have or want the more calories you'll need to gain/maintain. She eats around 1800/2000 cals depending on training day which is off-putting to most females (especially being as short as she is) since its a pretty large quantity...most think they'll get fat after eating a rice cake with a side of canned air.

This is the one thing my wife can't get through her head. Even though she does kettlebell workouts, she still has the Weight Watchers mentality of being in a big caloric deficit all the time. I feel like the only husband who tells his wife she needs to fucking eat something.
