In the last 24 hours, two people refused to do a service for me if I am going to pay with paxum. They are not using it anymore. No wonder considering all these problems. My card never arrived and that is absolute idiotism and amateurism to send something without a tracking number.

Of course,I have to pay for the new card. It seems someone there is advising them how to make people run away from them.

Yep same here, looks like trucash has a limited total amount of money it can load to cards on a daily basis. You have to get in line very early to have a chance. I was able to trsf 500 at 4am

Well this is fucked... must be ok for some people and not others, as I am still getting the same error... Paxum need to address this problem and post a update in this thread... :disgust

It is not ok for some. When you get they error everybody does. Trucash seems to have a daily limit they can process. When you get the message it means everybody is locked until their limit reset or something. So if you are one of the first to try after a "reset", it will work. If you try very early, like 3 or 4 am EST you'll have a much better chance.

My card was mailed on the 28th and arrived this week. This is my first card on a fresh Paxum account. Does anyone have any idea if this card is usable? I'm hesitant to load cash onto it.

The only problem is to load the money on card sometimes. Card works for 100%.

first it took time to transfer money to card because of 404 error and then $500 daily limit and i now found out that $500 is also daily atm limit...

and now 500 error when you log in :(

It should be $1000/day and $500 per transaction unless they changed it lately.

for me it seems $500 limit for both transfer and atm.

I got my Paxum "HTTP ERROR 500" today.

ATM is 2 X 500 per day, give it a try.

Looks like it working now. I have 2 FX POS Int'l FEE showing today in my trs log that I don't understand.

I wanted to withdraw money by bank on 15 June 2018 and they cancelled my request (payed $50 fee) and they wanted company website and i gave to support on July 2 and paxum supports are not giving answer. Im still waiting. What happened to Paxum? They were working well.

Hello, I have an account since years at Paxum, recently (July 13th 2018) I received a payment on Paxum but it looks like I can't transfer to the Paxum card.
I've opened a ticket 3 days ago but to date, I have not received any reply.

Sometimes it works sometime it doesn't just try again. Max amount is 500. you don't have to wait for their reply to try again...

Not everyone wants to lose 90US each time a wire is done, between the sending and receiving fees.

The message indicated the other option is a personal account. Ruth, why are personal accounts allowed, but not biz?

Now I can't even move funds from my Paxum card back to my Paxum checking account. And funds have to be on the checking account to be sent to another Paxum user or withdrawn with any other options.

Also, it appears $1,500 just "disappeared" from my Paxum card. Nice trick Copperfield, but can you now make my money reappear?

PS: Paxum tried to shuffle me over to "True Cash" who apparently issued the cards for them. HELLO? I have never done business with that company but only with Paxum. Who they choose as their business partners I have no influence over nor is it any of my concern.
