In the last 24 hours, two people refused to do a service for me if I am going to pay with paxum. They are not using it anymore. No wonder considering all these problems. My card never arrived and that is absolute idiotism and amateurism to send something without a tracking number.
Of course,I have to pay for the new card. It seems someone there is advising them how to make people run away from them. |

My card was mailed on the 28th and arrived this week. This is my first card on a fresh Paxum account. Does anyone have any idea if this card is usable? I'm hesitant to load cash onto it.

first it took time to transfer money to card because of 404 error and then $500 daily limit and i now found out that $500 is also daily atm limit...

I wanted to withdraw money by bank on 15 June 2018 and they cancelled my request (payed $50 fee) and they wanted company website and i gave to support on July 2 and paxum supports are not giving answer. Im still waiting. What happened to Paxum? They were working well.

Now I can't even move funds from my Paxum card back to my Paxum checking account. And funds have to be on the checking account to be sent to another Paxum user or withdrawn with any other options.
Also, it appears $1,500 just "disappeared" from my Paxum card. Nice trick Copperfield, but can you now make my money reappear? Will this insanity never end? Desperately yours, Video-Post PS: Paxum tried to shuffle me over to "True Cash" who apparently issued the cards for them. HELLO? I have never done business with that company but only with Paxum.
