Next up? TEXIT! And then taking this idea of secession all the way down to its logical conclusion: the individual.

trade agreements go both ways...you can not protect domestic production without hurting exports...impose a tax on imports = expect same tax imposed on you for your own exports...it goes both ways...always... oh and nobody will buy the goods...you are spot on with your argument, the only problem is capitalism wants its money NOW...it does not matter what will happen in 20-30 years...you take the money NOW and run or you do not take the money and somebody else does... interesting times are ahead.... |
This is normal option, why would UK give brisell rights to command them anything

Are you for being ruled from Brussels or from the Parliament only your country can vote for? Trade is great, but look around you and see how much we buy from outside the EU. So it's not as if we wouldn't trade with each other without the EU. When we sell goods to any country they have to conform to that countries rules. The idea of having one set of rules for the EU is good. So long as there aren't 1,000s of bureaucrats whose jobs rely on constantly coming up with new rules. https://fullfact.org/europe/two-thirds-uk-law-made-eu/ https://fullfact.org/europe/uk-law-w...influenced-eu/ What percentage of laws come from the EU? | It's a mess. |
Perfect timing for a Europe trip... Let's crash those currencies into the ground guys...

its not a fair system at all. only 52% want to be out. it should have to be 70%

time machine paul...30 years ago china was not the production powerhouse it is today...emerging economies have cheap as fuck labor and little regulation...big money was not so international as it is today... the USA already lost its fight with big money...production is not in the USA any more... nobody will ever want to employ high paid workers...this will never change...30 years ago china was not an option....today it is a very real option... what makes you think you will win a fight the USA lost? |
Enjoy your day!
UK and EU Bonds will be have their credit ratings downgraded. You will pay in higher interest and inflation rates. The globalists you love to hate will buy your national assets at discount rates. The dollar will rise. The GBP has fallen to record lows; Quote:

yeah I knew that you will say that. They even repeated it 10 times here in Spanish TV with one older british lady saying that now she will "have to move". typical propaganda bullshit, just like Cameron was saying that British pensions wont be "secure" after Brexit.
i stand my point: 90 % of british expats give more than take. and most of them have some kind of insurance from their home coountry. Its not US here. here such things are few times cheaper than in US. usually Quote:

@klinton

The rise in prices on imports will make people buy British. And devastate the EU economy. How will Spain do when the Spanish on benefits in the UK, have to go home? How's unemployment in Spain? |
Congrats LEAVE people.......
looks like MI5 killed Cox for absolutely nothing. |

As for the UK, the masses of overseas, European deliveries to & from the UK will either rise in costs or the consumer will quit purchasing & again, less business for the UK. Already the lies have began from Farage, saying his campaign to leave was a mistake & the money isn't now going to help the NHS, I bet it will help line their pockets though :2 cents: I wonder when porn & all adult rated sites will be banned? Government control is coming! |

Look at the average wage and taxes paid to see where the break-even point is. Then look at national debt. You'll see very few actually contribute a lot. In the UK the top 20% pay more in taxes than the rest combined. Gary, Madalton, me, we contribute. Even today me pensions make me a net contributor. All migration should be judged on this basis. |
its a "best guess" based on what I see here. and usually guys that live here + 6 months and are from UK... have real estate...and they are being "properly" taxed on that :winkwink::winkwink:

it is already banned in UK, in case you dont know. probably the only EU country...
well, maybe not banned, but banned by default by ISPs. you have to "ask" to have pron websites enabled unless you use VPN from UK :winkwink: Quote:

This notion of people going from one country to leech off another is the problem and applies to Brits. |

So from an American perspective: this all sounds like "soft" Naziism to me. That, plus pure capitalism. The eternal struggle is this: average people want to be paid a living wage, poor people will work for dirt, rich people like poor people. Rich control everything, average people get fucked, poor people make enough $ to barely survive while the rich get richer. Any of that wrong? Any of that ever going to change? |
The end of United Kingdom .... :2 cents:
The only reason Scotland stayed in the UK was the fear of being out of EU for qute a few years ... Now, they are out anyway ... Ireland will split also , as they are considered 3rd rate citizens ... :2 cents: |
Once the UK establishes a decent trade deal all will settle down. Should the EU bureaucrats decide to shut down trade deals with the UK. A lot of big companies and millions of workers will go apeshit over losing jobs and money.
But let's just assume German Carmakers and the rest of EU industries are happy to sell less. The UK economy drops. 100,000s of migrants will leave the UK. They're their because the economy is thriving, benefits subsidise low paid migrant workers and as I pointed out. Very few contribute. This will open up 100,000s of jobs. The reason so many voted out is, they're not seeing the benefits of the EU. Look at how people's incomes have been hit for proof. |

At the moment we're sending ur jobs East. We need a Government that says to China and the others, buy more hi-tech from us or we won't buy from you. Not EU Governments that allow Airbus to open factories in China. If they can move East, what's to stop Mercedes, BMW? Whoops, to late look under the bonnet of your car. |
Smart move. Can't take care of dead beats all the time
