It's the holidays and there is much more skimming now.

Why?

Because everybody thinks during the holidays sales "naturally" go down. Well, they don't.
The skimming increases big time because website owners take advantage of ignorant affiliates.

You'll be lucky if they allow you to make anywhere from 20 to 30% of your normal sales volume and they take the rest.

Porn sales actually go up during the holidays due to depression and more free time for days off.

But, keep thinking it's just the "holidays" when your sales drop down to shit.

Fucking unregulated online adult businesses. They can do anything they want and you can't do a dam thing about it.

maybe they went the way of Webcams.com and sold themselves out.

just 1 day , they all of a sudden pull the plug...and sell-out to another owner...screw over all affiliates...and laugh to the bank over it.

I was screwed over by Webcams.com 6 months ago...and wouldn't be surprised it happens again.

nothing is assured in this business, fellaz. It's worse than investing in stocks...as here, you have to pay (advertise) , just to get ur stocks up first.

hopefully i'm just being overly paranoid...but who knows.

Stats should be fixed, But I do see a BIG gap in yesterday stats and todays stats.

They're all fake stats. Wake the fuck up. Most are trying to get you to sign up thru their affiliate links.

If those stats are real... you are getting skimmed BIG TIME. These fucking unregulated businesses have a license to steal and there isn't a fucking thing anybody can do, unless one day, somebody gets pissed off enough and hires a lawyer.

Me and my friend have a big registrations drop (revshare) on chaturbate. Before 1st of November there usually were about 10-20 registrations per day after 1st of November it became about 1-4 registrations per day. With the same volume of traffic. How do you guys have it since 1st of November? :helpme

The same thing here after 1st November I don't get more than 5 signups per day and usually with the same amount of traffic I get somewhere between 9 and 20 free signups per day !

Same thing for the registrations .. big drop after 1st November .. 20%-30%+

I (had) faith in Chaturbate. I still do. They've always been good to me. They pay, pretty damn good support. I knew to put my eggs in different baskets that's why I invested in making a few pay sites, and other cam companies. But, Bonga, and the others don't do well... I've made $18.90 with Bonga.

I'm feeling the system is rigged.

I get traffic from Google, Bing, Twitter, Tumblr, my tubes, my blogs, backlinks (paid), plugrush, Juicy.

I don't fault Chaturbate at all. Like I said. It's probably my end and some stuff I need to tune up.

Never made real money with CB so I don't care much but I noticed a drop in free registrations too.

I still see a big drop of sign ups this period ! And there are other programs where you can make money ! Here are my this month CB stats :

Chaturbate is still a good program but in the last 2 months something happen there and that is definitely not good for us for affiliates !

I think the way CB and WCW count the clicks/hits is a bit different. I have a WCW WL getting about 1000 visits/day and I see only about 10-15 clicks/day in the stats.

All the major affiliate programs do the same thing. You sign up, make a few sales, then mysteriously, your sales start to drop off. The program KNOWS you are not going to remove all your links, etc... because you spent hours installing them all. So once the skimming starts, you then start talking to yourself..."oh, must be the holidays, or summer, or football game, or Olympics..." you lie to yourself why your sales have stopped, yet, you keep the links up because you think, just around the corner, new sales will re appear.

It's all bullshit. It's an unregulated business with no monitoring or control.

These webmaster are laughing all the way to bank without a care in the world.

WHY? Because even if you stop advertising and delete your links, there will always be another 'sucker' ready to join their affiliate program and it starts all over again.

Try signing up with a whole new account, and you'll get sales for awhile on that one, while your first account is dying. Then, your 2nd account will slowly die off and you will understand exactly what I'm writing about.

Yeah... it makes perfect sense. I had that issue of shaving signups with a celebrity porn affiliate. I have driven traffic left and right to a lot of affiliates with maybe one or two sales to make me happy -- knowing in the back of my head there is probably a lot more. I also know a wonderful company well known on here that is quite the same but people gobble their goo and praise them.

That's why this cam thing was funding my own pay sites so I could be in control of my own shit.

The last period i earned 42 dollars on cb, normal is 200 or more... same traffic, same uniques, search engine traffic only.

However, usually my signups to CB whitelabel were 50-100 for day but i have seen that after CB added the Recaptcha in the signup form my free signups are down to 2-5 for day.. (All SPAM Signups?!?)

July is been my best month (earned 2k) for this year until now..

September, october and november.. are the worst of the year.

1st november, no one could join to any white label with custom domain because it came out the error: "Invalid domain for site key" (verified by me on several sites). In a few hours it was fixed by CB support.

In the coming months we will see, maybe there were problems about which we do not know.

Pretty much the reason I jumped on the Camgasm wagon early. But time will tell.

I have browsed Camgasm and don't really see hopes unless a guy/girl falls in love with a model and does a private showing. And they spend money. And then maybe backdoor you with revenue not being given to you? I don't know.

I thought my free cams was good. I made about a buck I think from them. Steadily putting banners up, driving traffic like everyone else. I think I made more with hostedtube in 2012 with their penny per one billion view thing they had. And I'd rather talk to a bored girl putting sharpies in her pooper than get to know a model with underwear on.

why would they shut down CB? it probably makes them 1000 percent more than camgasm does

I would more think of they would sold CB and keep the Elite Casgasm & Affiliate.

IF all the sales of the majority of affiliate go down hill CB does not make as much as before. ( technically of course LOL )

What about this scenario;

CB Launched and take over the CAM market with their super cheap rates and free show to try to killed any competition.

After couple years they realise their marge of profit is not enough to keep going this way.

Solution: Elite Casgasm & Affiliate. with new Scale 10% - 40% for affiliate. Smart move for their own good but.....

last time I did some promotion for chaturbate was years ago and my leads surprisingly started to spend serious money after 2 years of silence, like 50$ days sometimes so according to the amount of work I've put into it every money from them is like gift to me :D
