Maybe its because Trump said he was going to slash corp tax.

Lower corp tax means companies will have more funds to pay dividends therefore making shareholders returns increase.

Not complicated really.

A multi billionaire ?

Why not show his tax returns then ?

Or might the smoke and mirrors act clear and show that old Trumpy is worth a fraction of his boasts.

Restaurant Brands to launch Tim Hortons in Mexico

BUSINESS NEWS | Fri Jan 27, 2017 | 6:08am EST

Restaurant Brands International Inc (QSR.TO) said it would launch its coffee and doughnut chain, Tim Hortons, in Mexico as a part of its expansion plans.

The company said it would form a master franchise joint venture with a group of investors, whom they did not name, to launch the brand.

The joint venture company will be the master franchisee of Tim Hortons in Mexico, the company said.

Restaurant Brands, which also owns Burger King, did not mention when it would open its Mexican outlets or how many it plans to open either.

The move into Latin America comes after Tim Hortons, which has outlets in Canada, the United States and the Middle East, recently announced expansion plans in the Philippines and Great Britain.

I can simplify this entire problem with two pictures.

Donald Trump thinks he's dealing with this:

When actually he's dealing with something more like this:

Trump, "The best negotiator in the whole world" (says Trump), failed miserably at his very first, and very important negotiation.

Do you understand the difference between legal and illegal?

You need a border or you don't have a country

I didn't say anything about the borders. I'm talking about the naivety and simplistic worldview of our president.

Now companies in Mexico are boycotting US products.

Wonderful. One week in office and we are now in a trade war with our neighbor.

A wall and a border are not the same thing.

you really think it was the Chinese that invented for example Nike sneakers and now relies on the western world to buy them?

or was it eventually Nike who thought "hey, let's sell these for $200 a pair and make much more profit if we have them made in China for $1 a day instead of $20 per hour"?

anyone that voted for this cocksucker should lose the right to vote...

that's the difference between DEMS and REPUBLICANS... if it was Mitt Romney VS Kanye West most if not all DEMS would vote for Mitt

Republicans are such morons they would vote for a golden retriever if that's what they fed them
he's embarrassing us all over the world
