Would you agree to cut all foreign aid to all other countries for 2 years so we can rebuild Puerto Rico, since in essence its still a foreign country. They could take the $96 billion and vote to be an independent country once the rebuilding is complete and there is nothing we could do about it.

That more or less says it all. Pay more taxes to help PR.

Is that what the moaners want to do?

Mississippi contribute very little to the US economy compared to most other states. Maybe, we should divest ourselves of some of the weaker states that are LOSERS! too.

In fact there are maybe a dozen states we should get rid of that cost more than they contribute.
