I have never considered buying a gun...there is no reason to own one...

well, maybe the killers are so busy they don't have time to kill you? :winkwink:

There you go - gun control is not so hard to countenance afterall is it.

Not sure what you are talking about regarding the regulation of inanimate objects. Society does this all the time.

We have laws against driving whilst drunk. We are not regulating inanimate objects (cars) we are regulating who is allowed to drive them.

Likewise regulating who is fit or otherwise to own or purchase a firearm is regulating standards of competence and behaviour and clearly not regulating inamimate objects. Crazy people are not allowed to drive. In fact crazy people have all manner of ?rights? restricted.

I cannot believe that you are really saying that you are completely in favour of arming the crazies, and that a person with a recognised mental illness, who is intent on causing death or injury, should be allowed to buy an A R fucking 15.::helpme

I'm not ignoring anything, I'm telling you I have little interest in a subject other than the actual cause of the issue. and I told what I felt the social issue is with the actual solution.

a gun is an inanimate object an inanimate object does not make decisions or take actions we both agree that the issue is mental illness. so you decide to discuss the boundaries and regulations concerning an inanimate object as the answer to controlling mental illness.

I'm not trying to be a dick but why talk about the unrelated issue. do you feel better about being fucked up by a nut if they don't use a gun? lock down the schools this afternoon, start sorting out the nuts tomorrow. anything other than that is well... just bullshit on a forum or in the press to me. why would I want to discuss it?

candyflip 02-17-2018 11:11 AM

BaldBastard 02-17-2018 11:22 AM

Do you think Trump should divert some of that 800 Billion for the Military to providing security for schools it would only take a fraction of it? Government has the money to put armed guards in every school tomorrow.

And is this really what you call living in Freedom?

Grapesoda 02-17-2018 11:52 AM

I've also read the all drugs laws are racially motivated.

what about military ? they usually have weapons - no doctor in charge ???

maybe you should think first and post after !

You're changing the subject, not one of those required a mental exam

You're not required to get a mental exam to drive a car in California, hell you don't even have to be a citizen
Uber doesn't require a mental exam
You think a mental exam has been made on every cook that's working out there?
I was in the military, never once did I have a mental exam. I had more exams than most!

So maybe you should shut the fuck up before speaking of shit you haven't a clue about

This is true, but very misleading.

It's much more difficult to get a driver's license than it is to purchase a firearm. My daughter took six month class in high school, hours of drive time with a professional driver, countless hours practicing, then took a test, then had to get insurance, and the end result is she has a limited license until she is eighteen.

Why don't we do the same with firearm owners?

Simple, driving a car is not a right, owning a gun is.

karolinaboy 02-17-2018 02:15 PM

More laws won't change anything. Criminals dont follow the law.

Hey shit for brains, owning a gun is a guaranteed right given to us by the constitution of the United States, driving a car is not. It is a privilege. Just how fucking stupid are you?

You call me dumb and have not a fucking clue about the constitution and how it works!

Do us all a favor and shut the fuck up, the grown ups are talking

And now look at Sweden-

Sweden Is Not Only the Rape Capital of Europe, It’s the Grenade Attack Capital

Sweden Records 170 Percent Increase In Grenade Attacks, And It’s Not Hard To Figure Out Why

this was already when the world hoped that you will never be born.

Ever since the collation of crime statistics was initiated by the Council of Europe, Sweden has had the highest number of registered rape offences in Europe by a considerable extent. In 1996, Sweden registered almost three times the average number of rape offences registered in 35 European countries.

I am glad we FINALLY AGREE :thumbsup:thumbsup

The founding fathers did not think of cars but they clearly did about the latest weapons...

So every citizen should have the right to own a front loading musket and unlimited amount of lead balls and black powder. Further if he owns a horse he should be entitled to own a sabre....:thumbsup No more No less.
The intent is the same.:2 cents:

btw - the word "arms" does not mean guns, right? it means all weapons.
so why not nukes ?
that would bring the thing to an end a little faster.

You are right on the rest...." I would be peckish for a can of fosgene gas to protect my homestead"....:1orglaugh

..and do not even try to get me on what was meant by " well regulated militia"....other then a town's well stocked and LOCKED armoury and where the menfolk ( and yes it was a menfolk) had to go twice a year to practice loading and shooting the muskets before returning the muskets to the armoury, and where they were called to arms ONLY when goverment attacked them....

Even then a military grade musket was not kept in private hands...:2 cents:

The constitution is not going to keep inovation stagnet. To let The police and those that are in the power to try and control us rise in inovation is just plain stupid, try and educate yourself in what the founding fathers said about the need for the second amendment.making up shit shows you clearly havent a clue of what you are talking about.

I love how gun owners feel so big and powerful when they hold a gun. I bet it makes their dick feel bigger too.

But I also love how gun owners think their little guns are going to stop ANY Government when the shit hits the fan. But go ahead Cowboys, think y'all are bad asses and real 'Mericans and will show that dang Gov't mule how a real Militia will keep it in line!

God Americans are fucking moronic, pathetic idiots when it comes to guns and the size of their wee little dickies.

ok letīs be serious for a moment (and i mean it)

i think we can agree that the word "arms" does not mean only guns it means every kind of weapon.

so now letīs assume only for a minute (i know you will not like it and i swear i will not do it) that i get tomorrow a green card - move to the usa and i can prove that i am healthy and without prior crime problems.

now i want a little nuke for my defense...

so now i have 2 questions and want you answer them as precise as you can.

1. do you want that i have this right to buy a nuke ?

and

2. if you think i will NOT have it WHY SHOULD I NOT HAVE IT ?

thanks for your kind answer in advance
