Mine expired jan 9... renewal started begin December. Lame excuses from the "helpdesk". Looks like they are forcing clients to use their alternatives.

What problems are you guys having with new cards? It would be a very strange coincidence if Paxum is having these constant issues with their MasterCard service and also not issuing out new cards.
