Maybe feed the cheap support desk slaves ( if they even exist ) a bit more so they may be able to reply a bit faster to support tickets.

They probably try to solve this huge influx of new customers using the existing staff (or hiring as few people as possible). It's a common practice on some companies because they try to maximize their profit. I've sent two emails to Ruth already (one over a week ago) but I got no answer. Probably she is overwhelmed and definitely she didn't signed for this. Writing to their support is also useless these days so I didn't bother. The irony is even if it's a dying business Firstchoicepay still has a better support than Paxum these days. I think with all this shady attitude from Paxum it's more safe to keep the payments on the sponsors pocket until things get cleared and the new cards are functional. Even so the frustration remains.

whats going on with EFTs to US Bank accounts? 12 days passed since I submitted request for withdrawals and nothing. Used to be 5 days tops. This reminds me of another financial service that had very little cash to cover its obligations. |

Some update on my situation:
After 6 business days from requesting the wire transfer, its status in my Paxum account has changed from Processing to Validated. I will post here when (if) I will receive it to my bank account. |
Ruth is DO answer questions via email, my email has been replyed which sent a week ago. Maybe she is so busy these days.

Hi Ruth, one question.. so from what I understand with an active but unverified you can received funds, but from there you can not send or withdraw those funds, is that right? Just correct me if I'm wrong.
Then, let's suppose something, if I'm not verified and I had received funds already, I cannot withdraw the funds until I get verified? So what happens if a verification never happens, what about the money that is already in the account and I cannot move, do you return it to the sender if requested? I'm just simply trying to understand this kind of situation. |
You can't receive anything unverified.

I have ordered withdrawal funds to my external credit card and now in 3-4 days i see money arrived to my account, but its marked as reserved.. Why this could happen? What documents my bank could request? Is it normal practice? I did my test withdraw 10usd last week, now amount is 2400.

Finally, my wire transfer arrived to my bank account. Thank you Ruth.
The only question I have now is can it work like that without postings on GFY and contacting Ruth by email. I think Paxum must have some support dedicated to wires/EFT/ACH, and tickets related to problems with them should be answered in 24-48 hours. |

It's the normal automated email that goes out. They don't have a clue and just keep things "as normal as possible" which will cause strange "errors" like those.
