Even though you actually helped me out by pointing me in the same direction as you, I appreciated the advice but took cams a different way.

The domain seems like it's just a page or 2 with a script. How did you get so much Google traffic to it?

Lots of backlinks? Do you direct traffic from other domains of yours to it?

How much work do you put into the site monthly?

Another thing, and this is a question for the group really.

Can this type of success be replicated, in this way, today?

I looked at the backlinks and traffic to camfoxes on websiteseochecker and it seems he has 1/4 million backlinks. His traffic though went from thousands of Google hits per day to only 400 after the May/June update that hit us all hard (well many of us anyway).

I wonder if Google is finished with 1 page sites like this (including white labels) or if this is just the big "G" on an adult down trend?

It can always be replicated.

One pagers can definitely still rank. However, user engagement and pages/session becoming more important with very update, it will become harder to compete with bigger sites. Longtail keywords are still fair game though

They lie.

I did not have thousands of hits per day prior to the May/June update. I don't have a whole hell of a lot of traffic, but it is generally quality traffic. Most of my traffic is from google.

I have no where near a quarter of a million backlinks.

SemRush says I have 4K. Ahrefs says I have 430. Somewhere in there is way closer to the truth.

That number doesn't mean much. I hope you don't believe it has a link from 250k legit (adult) sites. If you have a sitewide link from a site that has 50k pages, then many backlink checkers report it like you have 50k backlinks. Camfoxes.com has actually very few quality legit backlinks. Thanks for your answer. It's hard to know whether or not these types of analysis sites are accurate to any degree.

Question: why do you think Google is giving you a few quality hits when there are a zillion other white labels (or 1 page sites) to compete with you? I know you said you were using a script and not a WL but I'm curious what the difference is in G's eyes.

Yeah, I knew backlink #'s are just stats and can mean anything.

Do you believe having lots and lots of good quality backlinks would rank a WL or one-pager these days or are those days done and gone?

WLs are almost imposible to rank nowadays, they are usually prevented from being properly indexed and even if they aren't there is a problem with duplicate content. One page site with at least some decent and unique content should be still possible to rank with good backlinks.

iframes might be blocked and crak one might not be blocked by ad blockers?
