The perpetrator has been detained under the mental powers act which fits anyone who believes in god or any superior power talking to men on Earth. Meanwhile another law we have to enforce is that on Forced Marriages. https://www.google.com/search?ei=an0...30._tXQH-pcg0s Just another development of allowing Third World immigrants into the West. As for blaming it on Europe invading their lands. Stupid excuse. They demanded independence, we gave it to them because they said they could run their countries better. Seems they can't and now flooding into the rulers country. |

first of all I don't buy into the terrorist/mental illness argument - someone who gets brainwashed so much into a religion that he/she goes out to kill people in the name of it, has mental issues too. second: I am all for border security and deporting illegals, bring it on, I'm in. Unless it's building stupid walls that make no sense, but since I am not American it's not my call. But I am also for giving shelter to people who flee from wars (which we as western society have our share in responsibility in btw). And if those people we give shelter to commit crimes: send them back to the war zone. Fine with me. And if you really want to do something against RADICAL Islam: Stop working with countries like Saudi Arabia, stop allowing them or countries like Turkey to sponsor mosques in your countries. Require that Imams need to be educated in local universities and don't allow foreign Imams that don't speak the local language. And first and foremost: many suicide bomber/killer were born in the country where they committed their attacks and they started their "career" as small time criminals that got radicalized in prison. Why? Because there they got in touch with with someone who radicalized them. Once again: only allow Imams to visit them that undergo western education and security checks. You won't make Islam go away but you can do a lot against the radical influence - if you want to. And non of the muslims I know personally has any sympathies for terrorism, they are just normal people like you and me. As is the large majority of muslims. |
PS: I agree that western politics has been too forgiving towards radical islam for too long but not ever once in history an authoritarian government has brought anything good in the long run. Voting them into power is the biggest mistake people can do.

IMHO, a wall stretching from the gulf of Mexico to the Pacific ocean isn't going to stop anything. If somehow that wall miraculously manages to be high enough for nobody to get over it, low enough for nobody to get under it and wide enough for nobody to get around it... The drugs will just shift back to the carribean/east coast like the good ol 80s and the immigrants/assylum seekers will still be coming in... Through Florida. Build a wall around that.
|
Not too mention, who's gonna watch that entire wall? Gonna be a cat and mouse game of repairs.

If you look at Israel's wall or the Berlin wall, you must remember that both were/are backed up with live firing on civilians, thousands have been shot/ exploded.. for attempting to cross those walls. The wall its self is just a symbol thing, but if its not backed up with the mass slaughter of civilians trying to cross.. it wont do nothing, and even then they'll still come. Australia for example has a 2000 mile wall of water, if anyone attempts to cross that water, they catch them and lock them up in another country for years. BUT.. and reality pill time, that's less than 1%, the vast majority of Australia's estimated 100,000 illegal immigrants FLY in, and then out stay their visas. Australia has much stricter conditions and penalties given to those who employ illegal's, its a GREAT money earner for the Government. If we had the same laws as the USA... our illegal immigration would be as high as yours.. If Australia didn't give its closest neighbour ( New Zealand ) instant work visas on arrival... Australia would contain more illegal immigrants than any country, 650,000 Kiwis are here... + Baldy More fines and more inspections of business employing illegals, faster processing of visas. |

No one wants an authoritarian government, what they want is governments that stand up for the rights of their own citizens first, foremost and above all others. So far the liberals are dragging us into the EU, whether the people want it or not. All the benefits of the EU can be achieved without Central Rule. Migration has tipped the balance between the working class and the 1%. Globalisation has further tipped that balance against the working classes. Automation is now tipping the balance further. |
three people getting stabbed in Manchester on NYE is probably less than usual.
