I expected this after paxum.trucash.com went down some weeks ago...at that time, customee service rep told me it would take a few hours to get the site back up and it's still down up to now.

I got funny e-mail from paxum, which is funny as i dont use them anymore and i cancelled their card even tho i did received it.

While i was still using paxum , withdraw to revolut was working fine. Also, unlike transferwise, revolut is actual licensed bank so it should work.

Paxum still owes me $1,600 from 1 year ago. I have been waiting for that money ever since.

Current status: I need to wait for a temporary card from their previous processor because they cannot transfer the funds to the card issued by their new processor nor credit the amount back to my Paxum current account balance. That was 5 months ago.

Bullshit. Of course they could easily credit the money back to my Paxum account - temporarily out of their pocket and then getting the money back from their previous processor without issuing a new card (by wire transfer, for example). The card is useless anyway and will get canceled right afterwards. This would have been the proper course of action.

What have I to do with their choice of business partners? Did they consult me when they decided to go with their previous processor? Of course not. This is their responsibility but they rather let their clients take the hit. Shame on you, Paxum!

I did not get any email about these issues. No information on website. Why do I need to find out about these things accidently by going to GFY? Anyway, truecash will not work anymore, and we all have to apply for new card? I tried paying online, and it worked. But I have not tried funding from wallet. Still waiting for the SEPA card. 6 weeks has now become 6 months... Temporarily cards or not, as long something is working its fine. But chinese cards, seriously? Pardon my skepticism.

I tryed to use a card at ATM today and it doesn't work. Is there any chance to get money back?

Also I don't understand why Paxum can't send new cards via standart shipping method by post office? It's much safer than a delivery via unknown local courier. What if I miss a call from this courier? Then a card will be returned back again? Or it's done specially do not let people get their cards?
