Just FYI taking problems to Twitter doesn't resolve them any faster.

This user had a problem with the information they entered for their bank account. Some information was missing/incorrect, which is why it's important for all clients wishing to withdraw by Wire or EFT to make sure their bank account info is up to date, to avoid delays or rejections/returns.

The user updated their information after the first wire return and then they received their wire withdrawal as expected to the corrected information.

We cannot enter client's bank information for them, so if there is a mistake in the entry then naturally the withdrawal will be rejected or returned and the client will be asked to check and correct the information.

In order to withdraw money in CAD please use your USD/EUR/GBP account and choose EFT in CAD for withdrawal.
( dosen't make sense EFT for Canadian is down Already for days :error )

Unless i do something wrong in process ( I doubt :) ) IF Wire in Canada dosent work Paxum is USELESS for me.

Whats stops you to withdraw by wire in USD? It works for Canada.

The FROM change it self to CAN currency where i have no funds, i only have USD.

That's probably because you bank account is in CAD. Add a new USD bank account and then it will work.

I think there is something up with Paxum system again, will wait for reply from ruth will see.
I should not need a USD bank account to withdraw to my Canadian Bank account they usualy convert the currency for me in Canadian dollard.

I have some good amount of money in my paxum and I never tried wire or EFT transfers. I only used the paxum card and the external credit card and now it's not working too, I am from europe and I hope everything works out ... I hope they fix the PAXUM CARD soon though.

Fixing current card is unlikely, make sure to order the unionpay, best bet at this time.

So what we will be losing our money on the Paxum card? I have X,XXX on there! How do I order unionpay? When I go into the Apply For Card nothing is appearing there for me ... not cards available.

Yes I mean the trucash card and no, I cannot WITHDRAW it from ATM as its not working and it says 'Insuffient funds' or some kind of error even though I have some good amount of money on it...

Oh, ATM, yeah...that's an issue and I wouldn't bet it will work again. The only thing you can do it spend as much as you can from it.

I wonder if you could buy a Western Union to yourself using the card... But that would cost some fees...

Grocery, gaz, shopping, restaurants etc. all you buy, basically the cash you wanted to take out, what were you expecting to pay with it? Can you pay with MAsterCard instead? For my biz I use it to pay for advertising, hosting. I have it linked to my paypal. it works for everything but ebay.

I haven't used it yet for my country but I think I will do that. Can I link it to Paypal and just buy random stuff? Thanks for the help ...

for paypal try it, worked fine for me but at least one person on GFY said it couldn't do it... When I try to pay for an ebay purchase the transaction gets declined, all other purchase I did with paypal+trucash went fine.
