When it comes to how you eat and how you exercise, your body fat % doesn't lie. Not ever.

So, now you want to discourage someone from being active?

*Everyone*, *ESPECIALLY* GFY'ers, need to get out and Bike. And play Ball. And Jog. And Swim. And Walk. And Eat Better. And Eat less Junk, And Enjoy some delicious pizza once in a while. Who the fuck are you to shit on anyone who does that?

I for one follow orchard on FB and enjoy his posts. He's forever active and having a great time.

You're a kind well rounded balanced individual.

Fagdog is a bitter, angry hateful old man.

All anyone has to do is look at both of your post histories in your profiles and see what each person brings to the table.

Baddog just comes in and insults the same people trolling them with hate in every thread they post in.

You help people, give updates on what's going on with you, and compliment & encourage people often.

I have heard that near end of life many old men get very angry and bitter and close out the world as their body & mind starts to fail & shut down.

You can start collecting Social Security at age 62 I’m told but you collect less than age 65 or older.

I don’t know if this is still accurate but you used to have collected x number of quarters working to be eligible. You can work but can only earn a certain amount of money and over that you get less.

I’m limited to two grand a month and I think that’s the norm.

I’m going to their office tomorrow morning to fix my account. Bureaucratic bullshit. You call and are on hold for hours.

There is this thing called the Internet; you should check it out. You don't need to call or appear in person. And yeah, 62 is the age, but less than if you wait.

Weird thread coming from a guy who's just a tad under 4'10".

At what point is someone legally considered a midget?

"In men and women, the sole requirement for being considered a dwarf is having an adult height under 147 cm (4 ft 10 in) and it is almost always classified with respect to the underlying condition that is the cause of the short stature."

Who knew?

There is also this thing called snail mail from their office. When they request you in person, you comply. Otherwise, you will find your benefits stopped.

I find it hard to believe that you are old enough to be on their radar for benefits, unless you are going for disability as opposed to retirement.

I’ve been getting SSDI since I went into a coma. I’m not old enough for retirement benefits for many years. I won’t live to see that but at least I’m getting back what I paid in to the system.

SSDI pays monthly but not much. When you go from six figures a year to four figures a year and seventy-five percent of this is paid for your living expenses, life becomes very difficult.

Glad you realize that I’m older but not that old yet.

They fucked up severely. A bank account in my name had $5k but they entered it as $500k. Twelve years ago and now they notice it? If I had half a million dollars in one account— which I’d never do — and they paid me for a dozen years, someone would have fucked up big time.

Wasn’t a long wait or crowded and the air conditioners worked well. Surprised it went so easy.

Just to piss you off?!

Nah, the topic was about your advanced age and collecting Social Security. It broadened into other areas of SS.

Did we confuse you? Must we stay on exact topics for you to follow clearly?

(I sound like Bladewire and I’ll be accused of being him or his fake nick or vice versa).

;)

It didn't veer off until you got involved in it.
