do not hate paypal, do not hate paxum...make money...girl aint got massive tiddies but gives good head, why say no?...

Incorrect - for mainstream I use a top shelf mainstream processor at incredible rates. I don't have to give away my money and it is deposited the next day in real currency in my bank, not in funbucks held by Paypal. I guess if you are small time eccentric crank, you need to lick Paypal's ass because no mainstream processor will work with you.

They stole $5k from my account after 180 days.. Just incredible.. i am thinking there might be a class action that's possible or just small claims court, as they don't actually provide any information on what part of their AUP is broken.. so it's impossible to know..

Precisely. I got their "we need more data" bullshit, and of course hurriedly complied, but I told the rep to kiss my ass and ask for the documentation before, then if I fail to provide it, you can hold funds. She actually said, "doing it this way increases compliance". I told them to 100% tongue juggle my nuts. It seems like people on here have no alternative, sadly, plus culturally they are used to licking the asses of the Opperhoofd or Bhurgomeister or Dibao or Batangay or whatever the village leader is called who would fuck their sister and their donkey if they didn't give him enough wheat. So sadly they are culturally inclined through long practice to hoover the bung of any madman with a whip.

Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Nelrose. I can sense the urgency of having access on your funds.

PayPal maintains an Acceptable Use Policy to identify the types of products and services that are prohibited and those that require pre-approval.

Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the buyers and sellers to ensure they are compliant with all applicable laws and policies. All customers are required to conduct transactions in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Sellers should also carefully read the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy if they plan to use PayPal as their payment processor. Failure to comply with these policies may result in limitations placed on your ability to use PayPal’s products and services.

Funds in your balance was used to satisfy any obligations you may have under the User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, which may include potential liabilities to third parties and to PayPal for each violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Sellers who violate the Acceptable Use Policy are liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal's losses caused by the violation. As stated in the User Agreement, $2,500 per violation is a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal’s actual losses considering all existing circumstances. Notification of this action appears on your account history and periodic statement.

For further information, please click 'Legal" at the bottom of any PayPal webpage and click the "Acceptable Use Policy" link.

It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing PayPal.

look I employ 20 people and do millions in sales, let me explain to you how it works: the customer gives 2 shits about your fees and your convenience...he uses the payment form that is convenient for HIM...he uses the payment form that he feels safe using that gives him the right to chargeback instantly...like Paypal...you are obviously low volume so you do not feel things like declined cards for no reason, over scrubbing, international cards not being accepted etc...you do not understand things like the importance of cascade billing and multiple payment forms...but bigger players do :thumbsup

nobody cares if you find paypal a bit inconvenient...I am from serbia and I had to jump through hoops to get a business account verified with Paypal...since then my sales have increased 30-40% and on days when paypal does not work or over scrubs for reasons unclear, I feel the daily drop in sales....I do 30-40 sales/day so I have significant data to meter by...I have multiple companies that compete with my own companies, just to split test approaches in marketing and user experience...I have tried everything under the sun simple because I have gimps to order my will in to existence...I have not only experimented with stuff like which specific payment processors work the best for me but also which combination yields the best return because I have sufficient data to do these measurements...

integrate paypal in to what ever mainstream business you have ALONG with what ever pissant tiny volume ass processor you are using and watch your sales grow...or dont and sulk and leave money on the table :thumbsup

Yes, millions of Zlotols or Hrivni or Yilgools or whatever your currency is called. I could have 20 Serbian employees too if I wanted to pay $600 a month, but why would I do that? Friend, what mainstream processing company works there? Of course you are desperate to pay Paypal's exorbitant rates - Stripe doesn't work there. That must hurt, Stripe works in Latvia and Lithuania, but, ouch, not in Serbia.

I just looked it up, it is the "Serbian Dinar", I grew a small scraggly moustache just from saying "Serbian Dinar". By the way you need to say Serbian Dinar to distinguish from the much better known Iraqi Dinar. Authorize.net doesn't work there either, and they certainly don't process "Serbian Dinars". 100 Serbian Dinars = .01$ so million is 10,000, that sounds about right.

You'll spend more than $14,000 on legal fees and get nowhere.

You should cut your losses and walk away. But if you think I'm wrong, then go play "Double or Nothing" with Paypal's army of lawyers and show us Paypal gave you back your $14,000 plus legal fees.

of course you are leaving money on the table...you are a webmaster and you think mainstream population know about stripe/ccbill or whatever processor you are using...well they do not...and some of them are hesitant to punch in their credit/debit card because they are scared or paranoid etc....but they know Paypal and they know they can pay you from a funded account or do an easy dispute...

Another buddy of mine just got locked with $40k in the account, after successfully using for processing for last 4 years.. nothing adult or illegal.. digital subscription for software he sells.

I think a class action is quiet possible based on how often this occurs.

just don t worry !!

Regarding haters and cheap crookers, i have blacklisted most of them
who care !! i don t really care much.

here is update with paypal Are you located, live in, California? As then there's a "loophole" that'll fix this almost immediately for you. I've had numerous issues with PayPal over the years but it's quickly solved because in California, and with PayPal being in California, the arbitration clause isn't legally binding. California residents can't legally sign away their right to a lawsuit.

So you start with a demand letter, explaining that you know your rights, are well aware the arbitration clause isn't binding, and the letter you're sending isn't a threat but is required under California law as defined in paragraph 6 of subdivision (a) of section 55.52 of California civil code, and you know it's illegal to send the demand letter without actual intent to sue. Print it, send the letter via USPS signature required to PayPal. You'll get a call and the money real quick, as they at that point know you actually mean business and it's FAR more hassle for them to defend the lawsuit vs just releasing the funds.

The "trick" to any of this is you actually need to say the right stuff because right now you don't even have a case, 2000 people or just you makes no difference, as you signed the agreement that says they can do this. They know you won't win on that basis, so you have to bring up something else such as 'unjust enrichment by gaining interest off the held funds that isn't paid out to the customer after 180 days'. That's exactly what I used as an argument, outlining that the user agreement says they can hold my money but my case is based upon them making interest on the funds without payout. They folded immediately knowing that is a legit legal claim against them that they don't want going to court because if I win they'll have to pay out interest.

no, you did not, if that was the case you would show us some proof, and it might help others, funny how you contradict yourself, asking for support, but when you have some proof that supporting you is worth something you would have flashed it around for everyone to see. You not doing it shows me that you are a bulk of air escaping from some dark hole.

But I think (know for sure) you making a little lie to make yourself look good, easy to see, you are so transparent!

you know what is also funny, how you ban replies from the real people here who do make a difference, like this you can be on gfy and overlook al criticisms and still feel good about yourself. A simple liar, that is what you are.
