I don't think they would go 2 steps deeper to cut one other site. And as others said...companies avoid paypal and credit cards if its possible cause these are just bring in problems for them. That's why bitcoin works so well...no ody stands between you and the money of your costumer. When it become mainsteam the time from visa and paypal would be over.

That's pretty much all of them. XHamster (TrafficStars?) and now TrafficJunky may be the two that are shown on UGC sites that have decent piracy prevention rules in place.
