I do not have a fixed hour to wakeup, since every day have a diff batch of things to be done ( work and personal life ) so I try to don't have a structured time for wakeup. Some days earlier, some other days later

4-5AM unless I'm in Asia, then I can actually sleep through the night - not sure why

Usually bed at 1, awake by 7:30
I have to get up at 4:30 tomorrow which should be interesting. |
damn no 3rd shifters anymore? I wake up when I wake up or when the Suns play. Most days around 7 - 10pm.

I go to sleep whenever. But Im up no later than 7am no matter what. I got kids and off-line businesses. I aim for at least 6 hours sleep at some point within a 24 hour span.
Coffee. Lots of coffee. |

Interesting to hear about people with trouble falling asleep, my problem is trying to stay awake. I can fall asleep almost instantly. Now I'm drinking coffee and redbull all day to try and stay awake. My kids get up and start running around the house at 7am so I'm always up then.

Without sleeping tablets, i don't know how to fall in to a natural sleep.

Very differently. It happens at 8 in the morning, it happens at 10 in the morning, it happens at 6 in the morning.

Waking up time is not that important for me, can be 8 am, can be 11. I just make sure I sleep 8 hours, otherwise I am a walking deadman
