I've had wires take over 1 month with my mainstream bank and all they did was give me a tracking number for the receiving bank and told me to wait, that it would be credited on one side or the other eventually. These things sometimes happen with SWIFT transfers

Maybe its time that you research what regulatory agencies in Canada, Romania, USA and Dominica provide oversight for banks and payment processing services like PAXUM. You have the right to file formal complaints with both. What is important is that you create a clear timeline of events and have documentation to support your claims. --> Remember they are a bank and a payment processing service. You're patience is amazing. I really suggest you find Octav's direct email and let him know what is happening, and how many calendar days you are providing his company to resolve everything in your favor. Or ... you can search up Lyudmila Postolnikova in California, who is rumored to be a stake holder in Paxum. I think she is in the San Francisco area. Good luck! The OP there received a response from Ruth and saw his money returned to his account in order for him to again transfer it out. |

I see , FYI .. I received a rejected wire msg on Friday and reinitiated it as USD transfer same day. The money is in the bank today .

I received a Withdrawal Rejected message yesterday also.
Wrote to them to see what the issue is, got a textbook vague 'at this current time' and a 'banking partners are experiencing withdrawal issues', followed by this suggestion: 'would advise withdrawing in a bank account from a different region.' to finally close off with a 'we apologize for the inconvenience' So far, every time I had an issue, and there were lots of them, they were sorted, hoping for this one to be the same. |
Received the 34K€ wire in about 16 hours to my local bank
