Another option would be creating something unique in your training files, tailored for specific niche offerings and then sell the training files?. Hard to imagine how could it be something with added value compared to what anyone else can make, other than going through the hoops of the training or having access to hardware to train AI.

Most of the people I've seen do the same girl spent probably 4 hours to ahve 3 pictures and tons of manual work.

For what I have seen the training part is not that hard, 10 to 100 pictures for training gets good results, I guess the hard part is getting the prompts, lora and model right so you can reproduce the same girl, getting fun images with similar face in differente styles is easy but yes, consistency is not that easy I guess.
