The whole "I can't breathe" started very quick with George, before he was even on the ground... he was having an overdose of fent. I have seen this in person myself before a couple times, as I used to be big into drugs. George was on meth at the time, too, which is why he was energetic and a bit manic and talking nonsense. He also had history of swallowing drugs before and needing his stomach pumped.
Since I've witnessed fent overdoses before, I'm convinced that is what killed him, but if we go by the data:
California conducted a post-mortem study of fentanyl deaths and discovered a mean level of 3 ng/ml of people having died from OD without any other substances involved. I'd have to find the study again if you want to read it. Floyd had meth in him and THC, and COVID positive, and "severe" heart disease, and now, I can't remember his fent level, but it was like 10 ng/ml or so if I remember correctly.
Fentanyl is no joke... it has killed a verified low ball number of 14,000 people in British Columbia, my Canadian province of 5 million people, since 2015... |
