3Rd try’s a charm! Initiated yesterday, eft eur received today. Confirmed by rurh
|
The complete lack of proactive information from Paxum when there's a major issue impacting customers pisses me off. I had 2 EFTs mysteriously rejected, before I came on here and found another thread which explained why.
The EFT transfer option still shows now, even though it can't possibly work. By the way, has anyone noticed that the Paxum app will pop up authentication for a website login without needing to enter the PIN? By the way #2, nice to see you here Ruth, can you please respond to the email I sent in December 2023, and that I've poked you about a few more times over the past 6 months, without response? |
Can confirm crypto (USDT, ERC-20) works
With the $15 withdraw fee, crappy exchange rate (how is 1.00 USD worth 0.97 USDT?) and gas fees it ended up costing like $30, and my Paxum balance is now a couple of bucks negative, lol |
Just got the EUR EFT in my bank, initiated Monday night.
Fastest in a long time. |

it's 2024, use crypto
I am 100% crypto for the past 2 years now works like a fucking charm |
The fact that Paxum still operates in the current global financial landscape is impressive. It is close to impossible to run an international money transfer service for this industry.
If you are serious about your business and you rely on Paxum for your income and you do not have a plan in place to transition how you get paid... Well good luck. |

So they would avoid all the problems with banks or the same Paxum:thumbsup |

US banking gone again
Paxum just announced today that they have once again lost their ability to fund from the USA in US dollars.
They had originally lost it way back in October 2023, and then finally got it re-established on May 22nd, 2024. And now, as of June 5th, 2024, it's gone again. So it took them 8 months to find a banking partner that then lasted exactly 14 days. It won't be long before everyone in this business will be unable to do any banking whatsoever, on any level. |
Etf arrived. Payee is Paxum bank not Teustly group anymore though.

Still awaiting EFT requested 7 days ago UK

Halifax...been fine for years just been getting slower and slower last few weeks
Longest ever waited was 4 days but it used to be instant. Just sits in Paxum saying processing under pending. |

You get charged a $15 fee Then another $2 or so for the network fee Then there's a further 3% USD to USDT conversion loss So withdrawing $500 will net you about $468 And withdrawing $1500 will cost you $62 in fees |
How about Cosmo guys ? or other payment methods ? Would the conversion rate be better ? Any news from Paxum EFT working again ? I only use it for crypto now after the fucking mess from last month

I initiated on Friday, and still In process..

I had one EFT (Australia) succeed
Then two subsequent attempts failed. This really is the wild west |
I have an EFT processing now for 6 days. Paxum support emailed to say they are experiencing delays, outside of their control.
Anyone done an EFT lately and received it? Thanks |

I received two EFTs but now getting rejections. Looks like their new processor lasted about a week or two.

Money finally went in

My EFT is still rejected in Australia :(
|
Requested on 17 and got it on 19 (EFT)
|
One more rejected AU EFT, trying it again just to see what happens...
I really don't understand why Paxum leaves it up to customers to figure out there's something wrong, rather than making an explicit announcement about the issue, and disabling withdrawals that are guaranteed to fail a few days later. What are they afraid of, that we'll go to a competitor???? |
