Heck for that $2 you could have a huge meal at Terribles (especially breakfast)! lol
The best buffet by far is out at the Texan, its a small neighborhood casino with *out of this world* food at the lunch and dinner buffets - I think they run 4.95 and 6.95 consecutively.
