Bottom line: if you can make it doing adult ppc, you can KILL IT doing ringtone ppc.:)

Like i said in my other thread i don't post stats because that would give up the programs I'm pushing. I'm way past $5k gross daily average and quite close to it net. Don'T believe me? I don't give a shit, $2k a day is shit money in my book when you're used to making close to 3 times that.

If you insist on making PPC money with mobile products, find something besides ringtones. At least not any of the mainstream shit sendmemobile.com lists...

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. As a matter of fact, I'm completely confused. Should I ask some of my current affiliates to attest to the fact that they are doing well with ringtones/PPC? These are guys that only have adult experience that are now doing awesome pushing SendMe Mobile ringtones.

The obvious ringtone PPC niches are dominated by big guys like Buongiorno and middle guys like PlayPhone that are spending their shareholders' cash directly on ad buys. Seriously, show me one decent keyword combo with a Billboard top 40 that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

Two years ago the market was flooded with people making decent money with MediaPlazza, you don't see very damn much of that now. What you do see are large networks sending existing traffic to smaller ringtone companies who are willing to loose money - e.g. you.

There'll be money in ringtones as long as some VC-funded company is willing to loose money to build volume. It won't be from PPC though, not mainstream music anyways.

If you're willing to do a little work (SEO) or spend a little cash (PPC) you will make $.

For the record, one eight and sendme are completely legit and if you've got the traffic to send they'll make you some cash... Just don't think you can jump in without any clue about the market and make $2k/day on G-Unit's latest hit.

This is definitely a biz. that runs in thin margins... like adult, pharma, gaming and other tremendously profitable spaces.

I can't show you billboard top 40 that doesn't cost and arm and a leg, but that's an unrealistic expectation. You think "pussy" in google is .07 click?! Of course not.

My affiliates are scrappy, and I give them pointers to pick up great keywords at appropriate bid levels to produce a strong ROI.

If you're so worried about SendMe Mobile losing $, then why don't you come and take some of it.. it's out for the taking. :1orglaugh

I have looked at send me mobile realised its an all american site, I would be interested to know how you started out and things. I realise there is no benefit in you telling me this but any pointers would be handy! Willing to put the effort in if there is a potential market in the uk!

I've not yet fully run the numbers, but from the looks of things I've made every penny back I've spent on PPC plus a very nice profit.

If you're looking to get into some mainstream action then this is the time fellas.

My point exactly, with a brief addition: Adult PPC experience doesn't always translate well to mainstream. I don't see a lot of niche stuff in sendme's ringtone list, they have plenty of other stuff to promote that'll do just fine for the dedicated mainstream PPCer though. And if you've got the traffic already that's a hell of a deal, better than I could ever offer. :(

Haha there's every niche.. rap, hip hop, country, rock, electronic, jazz, rnb, etc. etc.. I do best with the massive Death Row collection- Snoop Dogg, etc.
