Chris my partner was totally against me posting this announcement of 30,000 -- that the big sites don't reveal their numbers. But anyone who knows me knows that I never cared about hiding my stats.

About 2 questions raised -- FTV generates an average of 400 new sales per day, and about 420 new rebills per day. Actually retention is where its at, for many affiliates that they find their rebill checks never seem to cease.
I meticulously answer every member email personally, and listen to every request. In fact I never let a member wait more than 12 hours without replying to their query.

About FTV.com and FTVgirls.com -- legally this was settled over a year ago, a non issue since it is Fashion TV and First Time Videos -- very different on the registrations and trademarks (and service marks). Now if my site was called Fuck TV, it my have been an issue.

i was talking to Danny Salas an LA talent agent for awhile - i remember when FTV Chris hit me up years ago wanting Brian Bradley aka Wanton to shoot for FTV cuz at the time they didn't know where to find enough models. Danny was the first LA porn agent to send them girls and I believe the first was Ramona who was Danny's gf at the time. They went out there and Rob was not living in a mansion or even a house - just an apartment and shooting girls in parks and wherever he could. so it didn't start with any major budget.

See that's what I like to see, is guys that start from nothing or a very small budget and turns it into something big, that gets a lot of respect from me. These big money guys that can open a program with their pocket change never impress me unless they do something totally orginal.

And you revealed one more myth of the "1000 signups a day". 30k members, and you're not doing half that, and you're one of the biggest single sites out there :). People don't even realise how much 1000 signups a day is.

Btw, where'd you learn to photograph. I always tought you have profesionall shooters doing it. Best photos i've seen here are from you and Dean.

there has to be sites doing more signups per day that dont have as many members. im sure their retention is a lot higher.

There are, but VERY few. People think every site on earth does 1000/day.

its not surpising at all - the sites, brand, content and hotness of girls are all high quality and consistant which is a recipe for success.

It has allways been a pleasure working with you guys I know was one of the first to bring in real signups. You guys have allways looked after me and made selling your product so easy. The fact you have 30,000 members shows how well you rebill.
Well done and lets hope you get to 50,000 and Ill try hard to send as many as possible.

lol i could be a " playa" if i wanted to but until I can drive 16 cars at one time I will continue to laugh when i see people who make a lot of money buy lots of cars so they can scream " look at me ! " I own 16 cars " look at me! " 1 nice car is enough.

I only own two cars: the SLR and Murcielago. SLR is a 'daily driver', the Murc is for cruises and just 'fun to drive'. Never to this day have I used either car to 'pick up chicks or valet them at a nightclub etc... I DRIVE them.

Problem is, when you DRIVE them properly, it means speeds over 55mph... which gets me into trouble... If you want to 'cruise & pimp', then get a convertible Lambo or Ferrari.

So no... I don't own 16 cars or the required generic escalade with pimped out rims.

Your success and your cars are great but I looked at your site. Get a good lawyer to review your site, its worth more than the cars. If I made all that money instead of cars I would have JD live at my house lol. May you have much more success very nice work.

There may be several programs that have 1000+ signups a day eg. the Bangbros group -- but I doubt many exceed 500 signups a day from a single website... if at all. I was always curious to know if there are any sites with 30,000+ members other than FTV.... again I don't mean programs, I mean one standalone members' area.

Indeed... I was a broke dentist (yes, broke) because I had $280,000 in student loans coming out of dental school. It was thanks to FTV that I was able to buy my first house instead of renting indefinitely. Also, whatever surplus $$ I made out of dentistry was going to paying the models etc... I think someone asked how much did I need to start my website, well not much, about $20,000 or so to pay the first 20 models that would appear before launching the site. Since I didn't have any employees and did everything myself, the 'overhead' costs weren't much.

How did you get the initial traffic to your site once you payed for those 20 models? you do not have to include specifics

Would I be right in guessing that now you have such a large member base (and monthly revenue) the overheads of shooting each set have almost paled into insignificance?

Good to know you can keep up with support of so many members :)
