If you take money for a project, don't produce it, and don't pay the money back, you're a scammer. If you don't want to do business with someone because they are rude, you refund their money and move on. Keeping someone's money is simply theft.

this matter has been settled to some degree. I have not recieved my money back but have recieved a fair proportion of what i need in the form of the script, i just have to employ a coder to fix it for my needs.

I dont regret saying everything i did on here because if i didnt i would still have nothing. Im glad jaysin done the right thing in the end... its a shame its two months later then it was due and not exactly what i needed.
