Well just imagine how douchebag was the world in 1983 - 1989 and there is nothing hard to believe in that..

They are still making great money although their comeback at the end of 90's sucked a big time..

But especially their video works from the 80's are impossible to match, so much passion / so much feeling / so much Bohlen guitar moaning and incredible yeeking refrens... I have to admit I have a killer collection of their 80's videos at home to have some fun with loaded friends...

Must be cultural. English is my first language and last time I checked "worst looking" meant "worst looking". If I wanted to say "stupidest dressed" or "most douche bag looking", I would use those terms instead.
