King7, I can easily top your 'bum' problem. I have junkies 3 feet from my frontdoor. I'll some pics next time they are here. There are literally over 20 of them INSIDE MY COMPLEX. I called the cops a few times, but they are - surprise surprise - always too late, and when they are being send away, they're back in an hour.

They steal our bikes, trash the place and leave a bad smell from the drugs they take (they burn coke on foil).

Why do I not send them away myself? I live on ground floor, windows are there too. I do not feel like coming home to smashed windows every time I get home, nor do I want to worry about the thought they MIGHT be. Also, I do not wanna leave my house and get a brick on my head because they are mad.

It sucks living here and being too poor to move to a nice location IN the city.
