You're trying to get a six pack eating Pizza Hut, lol? Try my healthy home made pizza recipe. If you make it my way you will have a crispy thin crust and a tasty healthy pizza!

Healthy Home Made Pizza

One Food For Life Ezekiel brand sprouted grain tortilla (or whole wheat tortilla) for the base , spray with a little olive oil spray on both sides, bake on foil in a baking tray or pan in a pre-heated oven at 375 for about five minutes until it gets a little crispy. Take out and add about 1/4 cup Ragu or other 100% natural (low fat, no high fructose corn syrup) pizza sauce to the tortilla with a spoon and add in about 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper pieces and chopped tomato pieces from a small plum tomato. Shake on a little bit of spices like dry parlsey flakes, and a little salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning and garlic powder. Then spread a 1/4 cup of shredded fat free mozarella cheese on top of that to make the cheese layer. For a topping I add 75 grams or so of the pre-cooked extra lean ground turkey spiced with low sodium taco seasoning that I usually use for the tacos on the very top. Then back in the oven to cook for about ten minutes at 375 until the cheese is melted nicely, take out, let cool for a few minutes, then eat.

This was my first attempt at making a home made pizza and it was DELICIOUS! The pizza was really crispy and held together real nicely even when I picked up up and ate it with my hands! I use a pizza cutter and cut it into four small slices. Yummy!

Here is the nutrition breakdown: 278 calories, 3 g of fat, 31 carbs, 32 g of protein.

All I had all day other than 5 wings was fruit today. And burned off way more calories than I took in today lol

if you paid for your dinner tonight then you are not good at getting a good deal. You simply ask for the manage and if the asshole says im the manager then you say okay then ill just speak with the store manage tomorrow or next time he or she is in, and if that doesnt work then you threaten it further. Heart ended up being fine, it was total panic attack. Went for follow up visit and heart is healthy. They just told me the night it happened I might of had a "minor incident" with my heart. Like basically it skipping a beat, but the blood work that night and ekg showed me to be fine. Doc visit and lab work, tread mill while on ekg showed Im fine. So no worries there anymore. Still dealing with some panic attacks, but they are controllable now that I know what they are.

cool...not trying to be an ass just wanna make sure you understand what to worry about ie cals vs fat/cholesterol...also you are automatically at higher risk of a repeat due to your attacks even if you think you can control it, so you should be more cautious than most:winkwink:

ps i think you coulda ate a pound of boneless chicken breast and still not hit the levels of those 5 wings

They are really close to being as good as the wings at Quaker Steak and lube, and couple other place. Real close to the ones I use to make when we had card playing nights up in PA too. Hooters wings fuckin blow and not even worth buying them lol

I don't know whether they use the same recipes globally but around here a pizza hut pizza is almost dripping with grease. It reminds me of the time that I was fooling around with deep frying everything, and I threw in a slice of white bread just for fun. That's how the crust looks and tastes!

Home orders are most of time not what you expected. And complaining I guess is not a very good thing, you don't know what you might find in your order the next time

For a 2.5 hour wait for wings and cheese sticks, then being told that they never got the order, then having the delivery guy say they did? Yes they should comp me an order or I might call Papa Johns next time instead. Thats how these things work. Its called keeping your customer happy.

Pizza Hut in the late 70's and early 80's was simply the BEST. It got progressively greasy after that for some reason. We were in Huntsville shooting a wedding a few weeks ago, and we stopped after for Pizza hut. And VERY surprisingly what we got tasted just like it used to back when I was a kid. Non greasy just awesome tasting. Maybe they are starting to revert back to the way they made it originally. :thumbsup

"Pizza Hut" has some good food, but somthing completely defferent from PIZZA!!!

Well just had a survey on the phone of my last order due to the email I sent. They also sent me over to a customer service rep, and a district manager is going to be calling me first thing next week to help win my biz back. Just hope that its kept from the local employee that I talked to lol. :1orglaugh

Nah no one there knew I complained, just the district manager and they added the credit discreetly. They are actually making some changes to their ordering system due to my complaint and some recommendations that seemed pretty common sense lol

and from then on you will be getting pizza with extra special sause too

Out of sight, out of mind. Plus if it's so noticeable that you can prove they tampered with you're food, so what, take a couple days being sick from it, and cash a big fat check from Pizza Hut as a out of court settlement.
