im not trying to vouch for epass or anything, but if you dont like it, then dont use it. i dont know of any programs that ONLY pay in epass, im sure they all pay in checks too.
no system is ever perfect and each has its own problems. i was just in Europe last month and my bank card (with BofA) was froze TWICE even though i called them and told them i was going there and an estimated spend amount. :thumbsup |

If cards are being skimmed then a one-off change of PINs isn't going to stop the practice, right? It will render existing lists useless, but then your card will just be skimmed again next time...
I know that Australian ATMs have technology which is supposed to reduce or eliminate skimming, the card is pushed out in a slow and jerky manner. I'm always very careful when entering my PIN, I usually stand up close to the ATM, have my wallet on one side of the keypad and my hand on the other. |

If you still need to change your PIN log in and try to do so, if its not possible log out and try again 15-30 minutes later.
