Interesting. From the point of a content provider, would a thumbnail skimmed to another tube, fhg, mgp/tgp or paysite (other than your own), where that content is owned legally, be considered theft? If the content was not legally owned and you where skimming unaware would that be theft? Does that matter, and how would you even know?

I'm asking because this is a question i do not have the answer to?

It's a good domain name but not very valuable based on the general rules.

only...18...tube is 3 words and a big strike against the name in the market.

Having numbers in the name is usually a strike also.

Might be good for SE traffic.

all the good tube domain names are not registered. Today on GFY - i saw a post for partytube.com, selling it for 1K, bought it on Dec 30th. Yes I am saying partytube.com is better than only18tube.com.
