Going to watch the PBS videos now.

Question - does the government go by this list?

Quote:

Wow. Bluntly racist.

No male/male penetration
Porn for gay males is limited to blowjobs/handjobs?! BUT DON'T FORGET YOU CAN'T FUCKING FACIAL EITHER!!!

If the u.s. government seriously goes by list, something is seriously fucked up.

marketsmart 02-22-2009 09:52 AM

once the govt has a hard on for you, you are going to get fucked...

if I handed you just the script to a horror flick and told you I wrote it you would want to report me and lock me up.... look at stephen king books....

simulated murder is not cool either but yet hollywood makes movies every day about that....

he's an actor.. just like im an actor in my flicks....

weather you like it or not it's not right because to the outside world were all just pornographers

Ive filmed many girls that max has and ive been there while max was filming....

the gov needs to be fair across the board is all it is..... if they allow movies like Jason, SAW, stuff like that that deals in death... look at the movie shooter... sniper shots from distance... shit look at csi... or stuff they deal with on law and order... it's all the same.... the gov just had a hardon for max and thats sad

Seems strange that an administration that condoned real torture would be so shocked and concerned about ?demeaning treatment? and ?harsh language? between consenting adult actors in a fictional film, but that?s what happened?
But movies like Saw and Hostel where they are acting real violence is ok :disgust.

I never liked your site Max but dont think you should be where you are now. Good luck.

pornguy 02-22-2009 02:28 PM

Yup pretty fucking infuriating

escorpio 02-22-2009 02:38 PM

Some of those actresses in Max's films put Meryl Streep to shame. If you didn't know better you would swear they are really meth addicted mental patients allowing themselves to be abused by a sociopath for drug money.

DirtyDanza 02-22-2009 02:40 PM

it just pisses me off cause when the whole VA tech shooting happend everyone was like oh you should have known because of his writings in his classes.... bullshit.... just read a horror novel and it's worse....

read the script to hostile.... and remember

someone had to think that shit up.... they arent bashing and charging them.....

This describes almost every Hollywood "teen" movie that has come out in the last 30 years.

Simulated murder is just that, SIMULATED....Even in movies where the actor has a relationship with the teen girl, it's just SIMULATED sex...

In porn, someone is ACTUALLY getting fucked....someone is getting pissed on with REAL PISS....someone is getting spit on with REAL SPIT....etc...

Big difference....Even though it's still fucked up.

Brandon Lee was killed on the set of The Crow no one went to jail...

stunt men get hurt all the time making movies no one go's to jail you know why? cause they know what they are in for....

girls know what they are in for.... it's the gov and thehardon they had for max thats fucked... it can happen to any of us.....

if you show cum on porn your breaking the law law states no bodily fluids cum is a fluid... so there is no difference according the way the law is written...

Even if they rubber-stamp the appeal, 2 and a half years. Still such a fucking waste of time and money.

I hope everyone is really paying attention, Extreme goes back up for litigation in March and our friends at Evil Angel aren't too far behind.

With all the crap we have to deal with, they spend time and money (trials are fucking blackholes that suck up cash) pursuing that. It's not like he embezzled tens of millions of dollars and pissed away the retirements of thousands of people...oh, wait, that's okay. Maybe Paul Little would have been safer being a dirty, underhanded American corporate officer...

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 02-23-2009 04:11 PM

Danza - Will agree that Violence is prolific in most entertainment these days.

I am not saying:
"Yes Murder = Illegal and therefore should be considered pornographic in nature and those involved in the production should be prosecuted."

Saying Gang rape happens in real life thus it should be accuratly documented in video is of value...
Saying Incest happens in real life thus it should be accuratly documented in video is of value...

The reason for my stand against violent and illegal activity such as simulated Incest or Rape in Sexual related videos is not going to help people have a healthy or positive view of sexual matters and those that find such content and enjoy it need to spend more money on therapy than increasing there collections.

Many people can agree that todays media and the level violence of todays media and even news has inspired violent behavior. There are always going to the people out there that will say AC/DC's song made em do it... Or Gangster Rap Made em do it...

I guess thats human nature but thats not my point, my point is those that get off on the material are not grasping a positive view of sexual relations, in short masterbating to violent and bloody gang rape is not going to be healthy, or masterbating to a father rapping his daughter as she cries is not going to be helathy. Max Hardcore has made videos for people like this... Is it a service? No its not...

It's catering to people with serious mental problems that need help.

Should the government put pressure on VIolent movies? TO a degree I think a more indepth rating system is needed. Yes I think it should be illegal for children to view or watch very violent video and media and it be treated as child abuse.

Can someone please clarify this Cambria list? What's that all about? I don't understand what that list is proposed to apply to?

There's still a BIG difference... porn is a sexual fantasy... something that you WANT to do but can't. There's danger in rape / underage simulation / whatever else because of this.

In a hollywood movie, the murders and rape aren't meant to get you off they're meant to scare and thrill you. Underage sex simulation in a teen comedy is there for you to laugh, not jerk off too.

ps, know nothing about the max hardcore situation.

Basically a set of guidelines pornographers should follow to make sure they aren't prosecuted for obscenity.

On Jan. 18, 2001, Adult Video News reported on the so-called "Cambria List." Paul Cambria, a longtime attorney for the porn industry, was involved in the list's preparation. The list is controversial within the industry and interpretations differ on how it was meant to be applied. Some in the industry say it represents guidelines for the box-covers of adult videos, not for the sex acts they depict. Nevertheless, there is wide agreement that the Cambria List shows how the adult industry is seeking to be more careful, fearing a potential crackdown on pornography by the Bush administration.

How much to you think the tax payers will have to pay to have Max locked up for just 2 years?

I made a tranny DVD that had some enema content in it. At the time Evil Angel had not been brought up on any charges (some of them were because of milk enemas) and my distributer said it was OK. We edit, author, make DLTs and was going to send to replication and printing on the DAY word broke of Evil Angels enema woes. We had to remake everything on the movie or my distributer flat out said it wasn't going to see the light of day. I didn't argue with it as I don't need the hassle. I didn't want to be next.

If they are able to get convictions on Extreme or EA, then for SURE they are coming for others.

I'm not sure I want to live in a world where I can't see milk squirting out of a girls (or trannies) ass. :2 cents:
