If you are going to spend time and money on a site why not trade mark it..?
Most companies TM their main URLs/names or ones they are going to drop money into developing a brand around |

In plain English - cheat, lie, steal, and fuck eberybody over on your way up, once you get the Maybach it's very unlikely that the babes will ask you how you made your money, word!

Good advice if you plan on mimicking another site to fool the public into thinking it's an already trademarked site or violating their intellectual property by using trademarked banners, photos, text, etc...
Really irrelevant advice if you plan on buying a generic domain name for a generic purpose that THOUSANDS of sites are already doing.. Yeah online porn tube sites for example. Sending letters means nothing, spending 10s of thousands in court to get a domain name and actually succeed is entirely different. Ask Ford, ask paypal, ask ebay. :thumbsup |

but if you have a trademark on the made-up word "sextube" how can three generic words "hard sex tube" be infringing? |
Cool advice.
