Yes, I am aware that it is a highly overrated burger joint visited by out-of-towners because they think they are missing something special. In-n-Out is today's equivalent of Coor's beer in the 70's [and before].

They think because they can't get it where they live that it must be something special. It isn't.

As long as they keep making burgers as tasty as they do they can write "Only faggots eat at In-n-out" on the wrapper and it won't bother me.

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh haha that reminds me of the early 80's my dad (who i didn't live with) would make weekly biz trips to Chicago and bring back coors and coors light beer since Indiana didn't sell it.. I would steal it all the time and my freinds thought i was the shit for having coors :1orglaugh

Man you have some serious In-n-out hate going on.

If by 'highly overrated' you mean better than the big 3 chains, than yes. I have no idea what you mean by 'out-of-towners' because from Vegas to Bakersfield and from Tucson to Tustin every single time I've popped in for a burger I've waited in live.

The fact is if you want a greasy burger under $5 in under 5 mins, In-n-out rules the school.

Those whom Bible verses make cross-eyed have far more to be concerned about from Alaska Airlines. That carrier places a Bible scripture card on every meal tray. Or Bess Eaton, the New England donut-and-coffee chain, which has Bible verses printed on its disposable cups.
It's just a verse listing. It's not in your face verbage.

Yeah, I think they've always done this. I've heard about it but never bothered to look.

All I know is that if I stopped eating at restaurants because of their religious beliefs I would quickly starve to death..... I mean unless I want to start going to TGI Fridays, Dennis, "El Torito" or Olive Garden which I don't consider to be fast food anymore.... well ... Dennis is... lol

The Chinese place I go to.. once in a while has some Taoist thoughts on the wall and even in their fortune cookies.... one of the mexican restaurants also has one of them Virgin Mary images behind their counter ... the dam pick up sticks also has that dragon there which I am sure stands for some belief......

tranza 03-06-2009 06:45 AM

That is funny... i had never seen anything similar...
