50 grieving wiggers

I don't think so...

It probably have a huge impact in TMZ land.... errrrr I mean in the USA ;-)

For the rest of the world, probably see 1 mention in newspapers and then... The media in the US as made the country the biggest voyeurs, always wanting to know who does what and live in celebs shadow threw papparazzi's

Why do you think a guy like Justin Timberlake comes to Montreal to celebrate is Birthday... Because HE CAN have fun without 100 camera's pointing at him.

Eminem won't die...

scottybuzz 07-03-2009 07:20 AM

Depends what age he dies. and what he may accomplish or not in the future. But I higly doubts he hits %1 of the coverage MJ got with both of those factors at their most responsive.

You're on crack, Eminem is a great artist but he will never achieve MJ status

Michael was 9 then. And the J5 got to be huge in pop music in the 70's. I remember that, because I am old as dirt. :winkwink:

So he is something that we very rarely ever see. Matter of fact, I can't think of anyone else that was both a child star and an adult star. (edit: Maybe Elizabeth Taylor? I don't know her story, but I think she was pretty young in National Velvet) In essence, he lived almost his entire life in the public eye.

I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

Yeah, pretty much this.

Give Eminem's career 42 years and then a dramatic exit and there might be some comparison, but it is impossible to even guesstimate now.

I like Eminem and I like me some vintage MJ, but that screechy J5 stuff always made my teeth itch and no eulogy will change that.

Not even in the same league.

It all depends if anyone else dies that week.

How do you think poor Farah Fawcet feels? That poor bitch actually suffered.

What do you know?????

Eminem's got sick beats,

just so you know it.

"so crack a bottle" let your body "wobble" - don't act like a snobby model, you can hit "the lotto" ---

Any decent writer can write meaningless ficional lyrics like Eminem. It's just made up nonsense. But kids believe his music are fine like the midnight sun, because they have been brainwashed from his earliest records. It's kids or people that haven't grown out
of the bubble, yet?.

I used to like hip hop, realized it's just a bunch of negative nonsense without any
concret meaning. We get more and more stupid by time, the same could be
said to people listening to techno 24-7. We slowly turn in to a flakey snobby
model. :winkwink:

No, young people, think about it for a minute, why do you enjoy negative music?? From rappers that "sp it out" lyrics faster than you can understand them. Topics, range from being a thug, gangster, banging girls, killing other gangsters, living on the streets and selling drugs, smoke marijuana, being rich and die trying etc etc

Listen to real hip-hop, some Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Jay Dilla, KRS-ONE, and then come back here and say that ALL hip-hop is nonsensical. Just because mainstream is one way doesn't mean real hip hop heads listen to that shit.

Why are you upset, LOL

I refered to Gangsters, Marijuana, drug sales, bling bling and so on, That didn't give you more than a clue. This was about Eminem and that kind of hip hop. Please, stay on topic next time.

It's better to speak as all hip hop is nonsense, as young adults don't know how and where to draw the line anywhere. I try to teach them how to get out of that crack of music, and you want me put down? ;)

Yes, those are on the other side of hip-hop. Positive things or at least real life stuff that makes some sense. Also Tupac was a different rapper than what young adults listen to today. Dear moma for example.

Eminem. <

Depending on the situation but either way it'd be another frenzy.

First, search & replace "Michael Jackson" for "Marshal Mathers aka Eminem / Slim Shady" and all the same articles will apply ... i.e. huge estate, vaults of unpublished works, musical genius, huge fan base, etc... oh and don't forget to change King of Pop to Rap ... simple though, 3 char :2 cents:

:rasta

You're kidding, right? :helpme
