Your right. I would says in terms of wealth, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Goldfield, Gold Canyon, and Fountain Hills, are ahead of Scottsdale. I dont really consider Scottsdale all that nice until you get north of Shea Blvd.

Lets not forget Desert Foothills in Ahwatukee , many multi Million dollar homes in Ahawatukee

Weird, I've heard Steve gives great head!

Dont forget the new San Tan areas as well now... I was just up in Chandler Heights and man there are many Multi Million dollar estates up there as well, and what i like about Gilbert and Chandler Heights is that it is more green unlike ugly desert looking Snottsdale.

Gilbert, San Tan and east Queen Creek has many million dollar homes and it looks GREEN! Green can be refreshing after seeing so much Desert Landscape... lol

Tempe has a lot of expensive areas as well. Over where I live there are double lots and it is right by a golf course. Most of us actually have grass and not desert landscaping. I really hate the desert landscaping. I do have to say that I like a lot of the areas in Gilbert. :thumbsup

A few months ago when my area hit that temp (which was an all time record) we had several large bushfires break out, and 173 people died. I hope everyone is safe in your area.
