Calling out 50 thieves...
Ask Eric or Playboy/RealityCash/Adult.com/GFY if they care... :upsidedow Thanks for speaking up 3xTom! :thumbsup Maybe it's time for someone to set up a tube site which only links to Brazzers and Playboy/RealityCash/Adult.com, and other known content theft sites/enablers/contributary offenders vids, with "user submitted" videos. That's called adapting, right? :error What's good for the goose... :winkwink: ADG |

where the fuck did this industry go ?

sue them in small claims court for not paying your license fees.
it's not millions lost - it's hundreds or thousands. a typical non exclusive license for one video like that is $50 to $100 - 6 videos about $300 to $500 be reasonable in your charges - and within what others in the market are charging now imagine if they had to send a lawyer to EVERY small claims trial on non payment of licence fees....in 100 different states and countries if you win and they dont' pay - seize assets to pay the bill - have the URL seized and sold at auction to pay your debt. if you loose - they can't sue for more than $100 in legal for small claims in most areas- cost them several thousand or more to fight it. if they don't show up - you win so SUE - it's what $35 for small claims court filing fees.................you don't need a lawyer |

HAHAHHA Awesome Selena...
Ya know the question is quite simple Can I Buy Ad Space On MY STOLEN Content..??? You would think someone could poke their head in and either say yes or no? |

Don't talk about something you have no clue. As for Robbie... 3 POPS ? :D Impossible, pornhub has 1 pop per day per IP and not through trafficjunky. Trafficjunky currently only sells banner placement on-page |

This one is still live - http://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=832550271 |

But so I am clear on it Basically If i buy ad space then for lets just say Raven Riley since that was what it started out asking for... Then my Raven Riley banner could be shown on lets take for instance this stolen video from Kates Playground http://www.pornhub.com/view_video.ph...960eb8366bc118 ?? Is that correct? or am I missing something here? |
give a mainstream landing page a try. probably work better than a paysite.

Im not ONLY trying to be a little bit of a dick here :1orglaugh but I'm also trying to understand the advertising you guys are selling a little better.. I mean if My Raven Riley banner was shown on Kates STOLEN video I dont see getting any joins or monetizing that banner very well... If my banner was going to be shown on THAT video i would want to be advertising katesplayground.com Not RavenRiley.com ... If I found a "NON STOLEN video" :1orglaugh:1orglaugh of a girl using a vibrating finger toy I would want to advertise a vibrating finger toy for sale NOT Raven Riley... Just seems to me that monetizing my advertising dollars would be better spent doing it that way and not just posting a banner ad for something that is totally irrelevant to the content that you are displaying... |

So your search will let me search for terms like "stolen video of raven riley" and then I can advertise or tom can for that site? sweet I am sure tom cant wait to monetize off his own stolen content.
can you add a feature as well so when your "users" are uploading content they can also get passwords to other sites just as a bonus for free? |

are their any videos which you do own the rights to show?
seems like its ok until you get caught. so basically i can have my banner on the same page as content you have stolen, so the money you earn from selling the spot is blantly ripping off the people who shot the content, and have no regard for other peoples work. if your conversions are so good why dont you buy your content, but then again thats why you are selling ad spots, if it was so great would you really be selling them? $100 pps days vs selling an ad spot, the payout would be much more compared to the money made on the ad spot. |
man profiting from illegal items is very much against the law in canada btw. illegal gains from crime / fraud / misrepresentation is sooo what your doing...
you may just sell the ads, but your turning a profit from illegal items.. I may just have a road trip out to montreal soon :) |
i think traffic junky is some kind of affiliate rep reality show where they give reps the most hostile potential customers ever to sell to and see how long they last.

That answer is just so WRONG! spaz |

That was soooooooooo kind of you to remove our stolen videos. Now, you'll have to forgive me, because I am just a ditzy affiliate manager, but I am a little confused. When I go to pornhub.com and do a search for Raven Riley, I see that the videos are indeed gone. I can also see some information on them, which shows that they have received a total of 2,511,693 hits. Most were uploaded 1 year ago, with one from 4 months ago, and one from 3 months ago. You'll have to excuse me, but here is where dizty me gets confused. A year ago, Pornhub posted this your site: Quote:
Now, what puzzled me about that is that you publicly announced that you were putting this approval process into place. If I read it right, your process would only allow users to upload vids that ran under 3 minutes in length, and you'd prefer to be able to give credit to the author. That's a standup kinda guy process, and I applaud you for it. But... until you took the liberty of removing them, how was it that Raven had 2 videos that show posted a year ago that are over 10 minutes in duration? I guess maybe your process guy didn't realize that they were over 3 minutes, and that it was Raven? And I know there are such a thing as magic join links, but with your process in place, how did a surfer automagically upload a 10:06 Raven clip 4 months ago? http://www.xxxkinkypics.com/pornhub2.jpg Was the guy that handles your process having a bad day? Or was he just so tired from fapping it to stolen content that he overlooked it? |

This long message is just ... borring...We are an ad network, asking us about details on the site we sell advertising on is just like asking you why a certain model put up pink makeup and not purple... you are the affiliate manager, I know you have nothing to do with makeup... I am the ad network, nothing to do with content... |

Would that not make everything work a lot better? |

Something is unclear to me Ladies and Gentlemen: why the hell don't the copyright owners SUE The Fuck Out Of PornHub and Similar Crap? Those dudes should get fucked in the ass in the jail ten times per day for a decade with long, curvy, thick and Desert Dry Dongs.
Who will do something? Me the little-fish-gallery-submitter-affiliate fucktard?? :) |

As far as there being THREE pop ups that I saw...well, I guess that might have come from your inexperience in traffic deals. You guys didn't invent shadiness you know. lol There's a lot of guys out here who perfected it. :1orglaugh So if you only do the one popup and I got three...that means that one of your clients is "monetizing the traffic" with popups off his site. I NEVER linked to sites that did that. But then again I was doing this from the mid 1990's on. And you have only....how did you say it "been in the traffic trenches for 5 years" (whatever that means) Anyway, that explains the three pop ups and my inability yesterday to duplicate it. |

ouch..... big ballsy hammer hitting the tiny nail.... waiting for this response... for those just tuning in... only the content owner can submit a DMCA request, since part of the submission process is you are acknowledging you are the copyright owner, blah, blah, blah. if you submit a false DMCA report, like if you were the competitor and wanted to have your competitors stuff taken down, submitting a DMCA request would get you into mucho legal trouble. Fight the truthiness! |

Thanks for clarifying your statement that you had nothing to do with content. |
