I only shoot custom order for HD content I don't have the means to sell a scene 15 X or wait around to make my money back.

Most dont, today you need a large stock and a ton of different outlets to make any real money....internet is one thing but its minor unles you have sites / feeds / clients / partner deals.
Combo that with off internet mobile / VOD / Cable / Satelite / Hotels and you are in business.

Most know this, few know how to actually get it out there.

Custom productions are great for cashflow but lets be honest it wont make you a lot of money and you will always be chasing the new girl / client / contract etc etc....its a pain in the arse

I agree with you 100% I will never get rich now that the paysite biz model has croaked unless I can aquire this knowledge.

I have been shooting porn for various companies long before the internet boom even started, so producing custom & exclusive content has been a way of life for me for over fifteen years now. Part of my success I feel has been at getting the next new girls and the big jobs to use them in, so business is good for me even in a down economy. But I also have been filming some unique new content recently for my own company and I hope & expect that will take my business to the next level for sure.

Jim is way old school and is really good at what he does.

Content will always sell for ever.....its what traffic needs. Without it, there is nothing! Its how you sell it, like anything else......but i feel your point with being in the middle of a huge hurricane :-)
