Hey Linkster... what I did branch out to is mobile porn & widening the scope of porn categories I was aiming at.

There are so many different categories/niches of porn its likely whatever online assets you own now only cover a relatively small portion.

You have to investigate where there are opportunities to expand your empire and hit them hard. Not just a couple links but whole sites that are devoted to that niche. I think its like some people say, concentrating on "niches" is key.

But I dont think you need to make a huge dramatic change like switching from paysites to webcams. It's kinda similar to how Apple did so well with the iPhone they went and launched the iPad - which is basically just a giant iPhone. They stuck to what they know and just expanded their market reach.

For example, european porn was something I never really focused on before but now I am generating a nice amount of sales to european pornsites. I don't think you have to venture too far from what's making you money now in order to increase sales significantly. :2 cents:

I agree on the mobile - and of course we both have always used the SE's to drive to our sites and not to paysite tours - so it looks like the same thing that worked 10 years ago just needs some fine-tuning to increase productivity

i didnt agree with the cams/dating move, so im not surprised you didnt go that route, for me they never converted as good as paysites. lets day theres 200 niches in adult, 2 are cams and dating so i'd rather focus on the other 198, less competition.

Well, I imagine that cams are a specific niche like any other. Just as you cannot convert regular adult traffic to foot fetish sites .... you will have a difficult time trying to do the same with cams. Dating on the other hand is usually ok.
