They are talking about something the younger guy said to the older guy as he walked by, presumably either earlier on the bus or perhaps at the bus stop.

The older man is saying something like: "I have to go to a funeral on Friday, can you spit shine my shoes?"

They are talking over each other a bit, the younger man says something like "No, did you hear what I said to you? I said 'why a brother gotta spit shine your shoes?'"

The old man says "You offered!" (to spit shine my shoes)

Young man says "No, I didn't offer nothing. I asked why a brother gotta spit shine your shoes?"

Young man says something like: "Take your ass out of my face right now."
