The first three months of the year I was down about 20-30% from my average. April was a good month though and just about tied my record month since being in biz, up about 40% over March.

april was better than feb & mar, not as good as jan. may has started as good as jan.

XPays adult domain parking grew substantially! Hotel Heiress sales were up thanks to aebn and all our great licensees banging the video for sales.

Crazy thing is that traffic is up about 30% and sales are +/- 10%

Been working on a redesign the last month or so, getting into the final stages of that... this thread really makes me realize how much I need to make a mobile site :mad:

I'm off to a meeting. First thought is it's too much text up top. When the site popped up all i saw was text and one thumbnail. I'd throw in a little more visual interest. But I don't know your traffic so it's tough to say.

For some reason for me, April was a HORRIBLE month, but it bounced back up in May.

Virtually identical to our last couple of months, may be there are some patterns out there?!?!?

Main page was 22.22% bounce, 6.12% exit yesterday. A huge improvement from the older design.

Most of the traffic comes in to the models' text gallery pages though, for those they avg. around 45% bounce, 20% exit.

Model thumbnail pages are around 10% bounce, 25% exit. Guess people like images more ;)

Just not nearly as much traffic going to the thumb pages to really compare to text pages :mad:

That's funny. A friend of mine mentioned this book to me on the weekend. I believe I am going to have to swing by Chapters on the way home and pick it up.

April wasn't too shabby and so far May is looking very good.
The AR re-design is paying off well and AR mobile is also on a steady climb.

I'm probably about as frustrated as you Shap with some projects taking too long to develop. :1orglaugh

up from the month before, as usual. didnt think i would make it there about mid month, but the end of the month picked up.

Sorry I thought I did. We have a big mix. Some projects way up, some even steven and some down. If I look month to month it was a decent month. If I look at targets I would have set 6 months ago for April i'd say we are off (but that's almost always the case). Luckily we have some projects that are on fire :winkwink:
