Depends on the day. Sometimes I'm happy as can be. Other times I'm depressed. This is basically how I've been my entire life. Today was a good day, tommorow might be better, or I might feel down for whateve reason. If I have plans to hang around with friends (like I do tonight), my day is usually jolly and happy. If I have nothing to look forward to, then I typically won't be nearly as jolly :(

Actually, in retrospect I think the unhealthy "never give up" attitude nearly killed me, since I wasn't able to leave a setup that was slowly killing me for a long time.

This is actually also the main reason I'd want to have kids sometime in the future.

I am so fucking happy it gives me wood. Seriously.

Every one is bitching about "how bad things are". And granted, they are the worst this industry has ever seen. But we need to be reminded of two things - that when it was good it was really good, and also that every industry in the world is feeling this recession. A block away is a brand new shopping center that stands empty because no one can rent it out, and next door to that is a lot of brand new condos that are empty because no one was able to buy them and the company went broke.

Yet in the mean time, I'm seeing my personal business rise every month. I'm looking at stats from this month and comparing them to last month, and I'm seeing a solid 20% gain in income.

Life is good.
