Xcclnt! and you are right, doing cardio pre-morning meal doesn't work for me. i do 2-a-days but don't have the energy until i get some nutrients down the hatch. i do my resistance training first and cardio at nite.

Replace chips with alaskan snow peas, sugar snap peas, pea pods, mangetout.. whatever you want to call them. They are amazing raw, right off the plant. You can even buy them bagged on the condiment aisle these days at bigger supermarkets. They're like candy, except you SHOULD eat more of them!

i've created my own cereal, it's the most nutrient dense cereal/food around, all natural, and raw. i'll holler at ya when it's ready for retail sale within the next couple weeks, would like to send you a free package of it, i think you will like it a lot!

:thumbsup i've been working on it since april and been eating variations of it 3x a day as i did my p90x, got my bf down to 8%, my energy is through the roof on it, etc.
