I found this in their FAQ section:
Where can I use payclick? payclick can be used at a range of leading Australian online sellers. A full list of available sellers can be found here. Is payclick available to use outside of Australia? No. Australia is the first country to launch this new product. Doesn't look like it's a full blown set up yet. Maybe one day a merchant will come out just like Pay Pal, but for adult sites. |

When this launched, it went on a PayPal keyword ride on Twitter, but then I saw it was only in Australia. PayPal appears to be much more adult-friendly these days. I kinda think PayPal is doing gambling again as well. If anything comes out with an interface as good as PayPal's and processes adult, PayPal will be 100% in adult again. Which probably dissuades competitors to an extent.
