The ability to express YOUR opinion ends in just 90 minutes when ICANN closes it's comments site:-(

There are 3 1/2 new pages of "Please approve the .XXX Registry Agreement" comments at http://forum.icann.org/lists/xxx-revised-icm-agreement. Hopefully ICANN can see through ICM's bullshit.

I was just there and saw that bullshit. I have never heard of any of those people.

Zyber 09-23-2010 12:27 PM

wow, they added that spam in the very last moment

Zyber 09-23-2010 12:34 PM

And somehow even backdated their mails. Their spam extends well into previous days' mail archives.

This looks like a crime.

Another question that has me scratching my head: if the sponsored community support question is a "settled issue," as Stuart Lawley and ICM have proclaimed it to be, then why did they solicit expressions of support from the people who had pre-registered .XXX domain names?

I don't see much room for ambiguity here; either the community support issue has been settled, or it has not.

If it has been settled, then why would the side that it was settled in favor of appear so keen to continue the conversation by submitting additional statements on the subject?

If it has not been settled, then it is the very definition of disingenuous to declare the issue dead on the one hand, while continuing to solicit statements of support on the other.

Is this an example of the sort of "responsibility" we can expect IFFOR to endorse, should .XXX become reality?

No doubt! I was going to bring that up this morning, but got tied up all day. The same titles are a bit suspicious and should be looked into and/or deleted.

You can bet Diane and her crew are on it.....would not doubt it if some of the individuals to benefit from .XXX are behind this.....:disgust
