I agree. It's time to hammer epassporte with lawsuits. They clearly have sacked our money now.

Not really. Nobody received their ACH all the way from last Thursday. They cut that off way before "closing doors" memo.
That money supposed to be there for the owners.

If they don't start getting people their (wallet) money in a timely and reasonable fashion there might possibly be a case for fraud charges here. :2 cents:

Does this lead me to believe, then that you have your money in the VV

I've got mid $xx,xxx sitting in my Wallet and ePassporte has not responded to our wire requests for over 3 weeks before they decided to close up shop.

If the VV's are paid out and not the wallet, I (and others) are going to be furious.

I am on board with any legal action.

I have roughly the same amount in Wallet as in VV. It's not much <10k.

I've heard some parts to the story and from the beginning I've been offering to make sure VV money becomes available from St Kitts which appears to be happening. It looks like tomorrow will be the day it happens. Funny how everything has always happened on Thursdays with this disaster.

btw I agree and i'd be furious as well. I know there are a few wires that went out last week. Not a whole lot but a few. I'm not sure why it hasn't been paid or where the money went :/ I still don't get why they wired so many people and yet not handling and taking care of everyone. If their goal was to steal the money then you don't wire anyone. But they wired millions out.

This is over with epass as far as wallets go and for the people who still have money in VV like I do that is now nothing to do with epass, its to do with St Kitts Bank and if you think a lawyer will get your money back from epassport wallet you are just gonna waste even more of your money. Epassport have already said they are closing due to lack of funds
