I smell class action

I knew this was going to happen. It is the way all of these situations play out. Doesn't matter who is the owner of the company... The big question is will the rest of the wires ever go out and I think the answer to that is no. Epass is shutting down. They either don't have the money in the bank to pay out all of the wires or if they do they will just keep it and close down. This will be no different than any other ibill, or affiliate program in the past, when they know they are closing down the payments stop and the money is pocketed.

how many days does it take to send a wire? we are what almost 30 days into this now ??

I have said this is a few threads before. When did you ever see a company get into a situation like this and get out on top. I have never seen it.

Supposedly St. Kitts isn't in control of any Wallet funds, just the VV funds.

Mallick and ePassporte dropped the ball. They played fast and loose, participating in online gambling when they knew the government was hostile to it.

My guess is that the VV issue is connected to the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Rules, or they were simply in bed with the wrong partner (a somewhat suspect offshore bank).

In any case, Mallick and ePassporte, due to their poor business practices/oversight have cost their clients an enormous amount of financial damage and emotional suffering, and they should be held accountable for it.

The fact that Chris Mallick has yet to appear on GFY to address this issue personally, and has instead relied upon a single underling to carry his water, speaks volumes about his character or lack thereof, in a time of crisis.

I like Shap, but I was somewhat disappointed in his self-serving accolades about Mallick and ePassporte, but now that he has correctly read the writing on the wall, and has shifted course, and is now focused on doing the right thing, which is doing whatever is possible to see that he and others get back the money which is rightfully theirs, I applaud his efforts.

What I don't get is how all that speculation of compliance and all .

- Guy opens movie business
- Guy fully finances projects in movie business
- Guy makes ego movie about himself
- Guy is way over the budget that Oxymoron is supposed to be ( 2 to 8 million )
- Guy has an account in St-Kitts bank called Epassporte
- Guy says to bank : I need interim financing on my great movie\
- Guy promises to bank that ROI on that movie will cover plenty the loan
- BanK says to Guy: gimme collateral
- Bank takes epass account as colateral
- Bank is no dummies : see the movie flopped royally
- Bank suspends VV to keep account with cash

As for Wallet, maybe they got a court otder to seize, or Guy gave them to get off ....

If you are going to sue Epassprte , you need to pierce the corporate veil ( which is already exposed ) and show the money in motion to Oxymoron ... You maybe wont get it back, but create enough heat that he will be labelled as a cancer in Hollywood : destroy his dream and ego ...

Shap, glad u do that! really appreciate wut u do, I have 2.5 k there not alot. But seems like someone is trying to fuck us up and run away with our money. Which part of this u guys dont understand? Here is a thought, Shap. This might actually be good news. We don't know how much money is left - but we can be pretty sure it's safe where it is now - unlike in epassporte's hands.

I wonder though if Visa got pissed about the movie and yanked epassport because of it... they can be VERY conservative and anything linking them to porn might set off some sort of - shut down everything related to this - kind of action.

Due to losing thousands when globill and ibill failed I stopped leaving funds in the hands of intermediaries.

Elevated X has a few hundred in epass so while we may be among the lucky ones, many of our customers are suffering huge losses and are really hurting right now.

Epassporte is still the company you are going after. The bank could be shady and could have stolen or held money, but you didn't use them. You used Epassporte and it's their responsibility to protect your funds.

If Epassporte got fucked by their bank, that sucks. But still, they are the ones responsible for owing people a lot of money. They are the ones who chose to bank in St. Kitts.
